I called the main USPS number a submitted a request for service. In less than an hour I got a call from this branch, amazing service! The box was shaken loose and delivered to my customer two days later. Then a few days later (yesterday), I got a follow up call from another staff member following up to make sure I knew it had been delivered and if I had any other questions. I appreciate the fact that these folks are taking pride in their work and trying to provide top customer service.
