“This is Rhonda Baxter and I visited the Diboll branch today. Bianka Ruiz assisted me with a wire transfer. When I first walked in, she was with another customer, but she greeted me when I came in and did so with everyone else who came in. When someone came through the drive-thru, she also greeted them and said that someone would be with them shortly. She and another teller were the only ones in the lobby today following the July 4th holiday. Bianka has an outstanding, professional work ethic that is not learned, but comes naturally to her.
