“Had my front bumper repaired. Great service, the staff was friendly, explained my options, I could leave my car their until the part came in or I could bring it back once the parts arrived. My car was repaired within a couple of weeks. Staff called me and gave me weekly updates and would leave a detailed message with their name when I was not available to talk. “I brought my 2011 Silverado to Bebo’s to have some extensive work done on the motor, and I am very happy with the work done. These are an honest group of guys with great attention to detail when working on your vehicle. They kept me updated with any findings and cost associated with work being done or work that needed to be done. They made sure all parts were cleaned properly before placing them back on the engine, and provided cost effective repairs since other areas were already removed. For example, I had the timing chain replaced at a phenomenal price, as they were already replacing the oil pump. @ 190k miles it would have been negligent of me to not have the timing chain replaced… Bebo’s shop is very clean, organized, and has very advanced troubleshooting equipment. I highly recommend this location for all of your vehicle repair needs!”
“My experiences with We Fix Em have been excellent.The employees, owners are all very courteous. The mechanics were hand picked to insure quality staff.The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The costs were reasonable too.My only problem is that I am a 75yr old handicapped female. There isn’t a sufficient handicapped access regarding parking and then walking into the building. There is a concrete steep( to me) handicap style ramp entrance.My concern regarding falling is my problem. But I’ll make every effort to continue to use We Fix Em.I understand the owners are looking at relocating which - hopefully may address the handicapped and waiting room accommodations issues .They are a 5 star auto repair shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport from Loving Honda in Lufkin. Caleb worked with their inventory manager to find one with the exact specs I wanted from another dealer and then they traded for it. We negotiated an extremely fair price for the vehicle and they gave us a fair market price for our trade in. We did all of the negotiations over text and email since we live about an hour away. Caleb was very responsive and never seemed annoyed by my questions. The atmosphere in the dealership is very unlike most I have been in. It is extremely laid back and no pressure. They did not shuffle us off to a finance manager to do a hard sell on extended warranties, etc. Our sales guy (Caleb) presented our options clearly and concisely and allowed us to choose with zero pressure. We signed all paperwork in his office. When my car arrived from the other dealership with a bubble in the window tint, they immediately acknowledged it and had it fixed. They went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to them.”

Mike, the owner, is trustworthy, honest, and pays attention to details. He stays busy, so be patient. That is because they will fix your car right the first time. Prices are reasonable. He honors his work. I had a truck that had an issue with the rockers. Gmc. He repaired it to my satisfaction twice. The second time, he lost money on it. I highly recommend Diboll Motors.
