I am a newcomer to this area and I have been met with absolutely exceptionally excellent service
Maybe Ms Toledo with the bad reviews was having a bad day

Apparently their hours of operation are only a guideline... showed up 10 till 3, and they were closed... earlier is better then latter I guess...

I have had mail forwarded to addresses that I've never heard of, mail never delivered and mail delivered months after they were expected. Staff may be friendly, but they are about useless when it comes to actually delivering mail in a timely manner (if at all).
