The first official summer weekend getaway was one for books ! We had sooo much fun ziplining and battling it out in the water obstacle course . We definitely plan on coming back to stay a few days in one of the cabins there. If you haven't been here then you're missing out on making some unforgettable memories ! It's a 10/10 Highly recommend for me ???

Took my Mom and grandkids to zipline through the Christmas lights. Everything was set up beautifully, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They all made sure our group's experience was amazing and memorable. We're excited to go back in warmer weather to check out the water activities! Thank you, Thomas Falls!

Great local place to do something different. We went to the Halloween nighttime zip line. Very fun and great staff. Can't wait to go in the summer for the waterfall zip line

On March 16th, I brought to you a family of Ukrainian refugees who have never been zip-lining. Before coming there I made a reservation over the phone with Tina. I told her that the youngest child is 35 pounds and asked if he would be able to ride in tandem with his dad. Tina said yes (the tandemoption is also clearly listed on the website).When we arrived the owner of the place (an older guy who neverintroduced himself) said that tandems were not safe and you did not do them. If I knew that from the start we would have never come there in the first place. So there we were at 6 PM having driven 30 minutes with the smallest member of our party of five not being able to have fun. The owner said that the boy could ride by himself but he was too scared so he ended up watching his family have fun for an hour. The owner did let the older girl ride one of the lines two extra times but it was hardly a reasonable compensation. I did not want to make a scene in front of the family but the whole experience was not good.I did not leave a negative review right away but emailed you directly instead to give you a chance to make it right. Why are you telling customers one thing (both over the phone and onthe website) but when they arrive you tell them something totallydifferent? If the owner thinks tandems are not safe, why is it even an option?I received a call the next day from a lady who made excuses about the negative experience. Neither the owner nor the lady I spoke to the next day (cannot remember her name) ever apologized. She just offered to refund the little boy's fees. I agreed and said that a check in the mail would be fine. It's been exactly two weeks and I did not receive an apology or a check. So, we were lied to twice. What a shame!P.S. While we were there the owner treated the employees like they were his pets, whistling at them instead of calling them by name. It was very embarrassing.

Had a great time. Only thing that could have made it better, was more zip lines. There was only 3. Staff and Mrs. Debbie that run the place are great people.

Absolutely loved the zipline course they were fast and alot of fun. It's great that there is a covered pavilion to take a break at and get a cold drink. The maze and gravity barn to get to the 3rd zipline was cool. The guides here are great and do a great job as well. The harnesses are pretty comfortable, the wood block handbrake they have for you to use on 3 of the lines works well in addition to the guide stopping you at the end. Old shakey zipline is fun as hell to go down. We will definitely be coming back and doing some of the other activities offered here, especially the water ziplines.

Great place to take the children for zip lining & water fun. The guides were very good young adults. Mr Thomas had a mule & when one of the younger children didn’t want to zip, he accommodated & let him ride around on the mule with him. Everyone had a great time & we’ll definitely go back.

My family and I went ziplining yesterday and chose the package that allowed us to go around the course twice. We had the BEST time! The zipline guides were all fantastic and made the adventure so much fun! The property is beautiful with several very unique and creative side attractions that made the day "extra". Our group was just small enough that the owner could use his off road vehicle to shuttle us around the course adding an extra layer of fun and adventure to our day. We will definitely be going back when the water attractions are open! Totally recommend this place for adventurists of all ages and skill levels! Thanks for a memorable day Thomas Falls!!

Yesterday my family and I had a GREAT TIME at Thomas Falls. We went for the water zip line, but they had so much more planned for our adventure. It’s a beautiful property, and everyone is so friendly. Not everyone in our group could swim, but they kept us safe so that the non-swimmers could still participate in every event. We will be returning next month with a larger party!

Just got back from the falls! At first I was scared, but by the end of the zip line tour I never wanted to leave! Our guides where very helpful and made us feel like family! Definitely a great experience and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this spot to any thrill seeking families that want a rush.
