“First time visiting this store. I came here specifically for a container of Parisa. Id had it before, and it was one of my favorites. The store was well organized, the staff was friendly, and the selection of most items was decent. There were a few items that were unavailable or only available in larger packages.Prices here were a bit inflated, about 10% over what the average retail is, but other items were priced around regular price. I felt the markup was well worth not having to round trip drive 16 miles into Hondo and back when you only need a few items.The line at the front counter was a bit slow, but there is only 1 register, and it was the 5 o'clock rush. Its a small store in a small town, and its convenient for basic groceries & beer runs.Will definitely be back for more parisa.”

“Had a deer dropped off at their joint location with mesquite creek taxidermy. Didn't know what to expect, but they worked with me on my orders timing and selection. I picked up 20lbs of deer sticks spicy, summer sausage, chorizo, and then had burger mix and backstraps. The deer sticks have the best flavor on any stick I have ever eaten. I took them to a golf tournament with my deer averse friends and they all loved them, as well as the summer sausage! The chorizo I was a little skeptical with, but wanted to give it a shot! Excellent, holds up well in a pan, doesn't disintegrate like store bought chorizo. I live 4 hours away from hondo, but would not hesitate to make a trip for the processing! Awesome experience”
