This is one of the best USOs I've ever been to. It makes layovers in DFW all the more tolerable. They have a large area with rooms to temporarily store your bags, a dark room to rest or sleep, a children's room, a cafe area where you can get coffee, sodas, snacks, chips. At times, they do offer hot dogs and other small meals. Before you leave, please do thank all these volunteers and donate if you cam.

Everybody here was SO friendly, there was plenty of space including a play area for my kids, and free hot food. There are also bathrooms, comfortable chairs, books to read, microwaves, and TVs to watch sports or movies.

The volunteers are OUTSTANDING! A very nice place to get away from the rush and noise to just relax and nap. On top of that they have FREE snacks and drinks. The restrooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you volunteers for all you do!

Excellent chairs to relax in; great hosts. Very basic snack food choices but served with wonderful hospitality. Glad the USO is here for our service members and their families.

Shout out to the amazing volunteers that run this place! While passing through DFW this was an oasis for a longer than expected layover and a place to recharge and let the little ones play with toys in the kids area. One of the best run USO's that I've been to.

Very pleasant; quiet. The volunteers at the front desk were amazing - assisted even when not requested. Knowledgeable and friendly. Chairs were comfortable. A great place to get away from the rush and noise of the terminal.

This USO does allow retirees with a valid non-expired ID card to enter. You can be turned away if there is a need to host active duty service members during their travels. This is completely understandable, as active duty service members are the priority, just like we were during our time in the military. I'd recommend calling before making the trip to gate B47 to see if they have space for retirees and their immediate family members.

Not only has DFW provided a great space for servicemembers retirees, and dependents, but the volunteers are so friendly and accommodating. Clean restrooms, clean, quiet rest area, clean dining area, good assortment of snacks, and plenty of reading materials to choose from.

This is a fantastic USO. They have every service you could need. A snack kitchen with hot dogs and drinks, computer access, recliners, a quiet zone to catch a nap, and of course fresh coffee. The staff was very friendly, and the location was very clean.

We are a military retiree family and oftentimes the USO’s are outside security and can’t be used. This one is inside and wow! It’s huge. What they offer is unreal. The workers are the best. We had an 11 hour layover in Dallas. There were 6 of us with the youngest being 4. They even had a “quiet” room where she could take a nap. I’m humbled at how wonderfully they treated us. I read many bad reviews how veterans and retirees were turned away. We were welcomed with opened arms. We made sure to give a nice donation, this is how they “survive”. We are so thankful for it

Clean, quiet, & well stocked area with very friendly volunteers. Boxes & boxes of Girl Scout Cookies available on top of the other snacks. Plus Hot Pockets, chili cheese dogs, & single serve pizzas... and of course soda, water, coffee, & tea as well.

Having a 3 hour layover, with a 3 yo and 2 yo by myself, this USO is a perfect place to relax and let the kids have a little break. Food was good and the place is so big! A kids corner, a movie area, a cafeteria, and even a quiet side and library. If you’re military and need a little break, definitely come check this place out!
