“Absolutely love IMS Relocation! They’ve moved us three times since 2019. Our last move in March 2024 involved putting everything in their storage while we tried out a new city. Gabriel’s team handled both our move-out in March and our move-in when we returned to Dallas in August 2024. They were fantastic—going above and beyond at every step! Whenever we had questions, they had answers. When we needed to communicate with the office, they took care of it for us.
For the March move, we didn’t have time to handle all the packing ourselves, so IMS sent one of their packing teams. Unpacking 5 ½ months later can be nerve-wracking, but every single item was packed so well that it all came back in perfect condition.
I’ll continue using IMS for every move and will recommend them to everyone I know!”

“We moved from PA to TX in a large ABF trailer. While our goods were en route, Steven was super flexible with us, as we needed to change our move-in plan a few times once we realized that the trailer would not fit in our new driveway. With very little notice, Steven was able to provide us with a 5 man team and 2 trucks to meet the trailer at the terminal and move our belongings off the trailer and onto smaller trucks to be delivered and moved into our new home. This was a stressful situation that was made easier by Carte Blanche Moving. Ethan and his team showed up on a 100+ degree day and worked hard and fast basically moving our goods twice in 1 day- including a very heavy piano, which they moved with ease. The Carte Blanche team was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again in the future, and will recommend them to family and friends!”
“Our family moved across the country in 2021 and I have to say overall I feel that A1 Freeman stood by us and were very responsive to our needs (thanks Mireya!) . Moving a large 4 bedroom house after 25 years and keeping our stuff in storage (including a grand piano) for nearly 2 years - was very dificult and logistics were complicated today the least . We were having our new house remodeled and it wasn't ready on time (pandemic) but A1 Freeman did a good job of dealing with the delays. Things happen, we had a couple of things scratched and a couple of things broken (I think by the unloading crew who may have been contracted out) but A1 helped us navigate the claims process with Nirth American Van Lines and fixed or paid for everything. We had to provide documentation, pictures, descriptions and what I thought it was worth (my parrots cage was dented) still
This was our 2nd major move, we had done the cross country move 25 years earlier and I was impressed. I don't think there is a perfect moving company to deal with this type of move, but I appreciate service and we did receive gold star service and communication. All pricing was above board, and I had interviewed at least 3 strong companies (many more but lots were flakey - ie didn't respond or gave incomplete quotes) and A1Freeman was the most complete and transparent.

“Had them move a safe within my house. It was safe, efficient, the guys were super nice and careful with my safe and house. It took about 45min from the min they knocked on the door until they left. Honestly couldn’t have been better. Well worth it.”
