“Marilyn and staff were beyond friendly and super helpful. They helped us and our 3 kids with breakfast items and the breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious. This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in as a family. The staff was very kind even the lady at the front desk when we checked in she was an so phenomenal. Hands down y’all should all stay here!!! Thanks again we will be back.”

“We landed in DFW quite late after a delayed flight and had to get up at 5 am in the morning.It was pricey for the few hours we were there. But it is literally in the middle of the airport!Our room was very quiet.Rooms: QuietFood & drinks: Great menu and wait staff.”

The cut bourbon was amazing.”
“Overall it was a nice place. Way too much light comes into the rooms from all the outside lights and the blackout curtains are not long enough. Also had a problem with very little hot water in the morning for a shower. The restaurant/bar was good and the outdoors space is great for hanging out.”

“Stayed last week and everything was fantastic. The breakfast services with Alex were great. I left for 20-30min max, and when I came back Angie had the room pristine, I was surprised how fast she was!

“I am a member with HHonors and usually stay at Hampton Inn. This was the best Hampton Inn I stayed at. The facility was up to date. The rooms were in an immaculate condition along with bathrooms, no cracks or mildew.The staff was super friendly and professional.The location was great. It is located in a quite location with each access to the freeway.I recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great place at a very economical price.”

“Great staycation night here. This is a large property. From my experience I can really only compare it to a Las Vegas sized hotel. They have several full service restaurants, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, on-site shopping. They have their own waterpark (only for hotel guests) on the property, but its about a half mile from the main hotel. They have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the waterpark.The waterpark is great. An area for little kids, an area for a little older/kids and a lazy river. Restaurant and bar onsite at the waterpark.Lots of things for kids to do. Check the website in advance to learn about paid art classes, cooking classes, scavenger hunts, etc.Expect to pay. Parking as of Spring 2022 was $22/day for selfpark. $20/day for resort fee. And the rooms themselves are more than comparable 4 star rooms in DT Dallas. But again, this is a large property that has more to do and amenities than you'd expect from other hotels.”

“I attended a conference from February 29, 2024 to March 3rd, 2024. The room, food, and hospitality service were great. The staff were friendly, helpful, competent, and caring. Stay at Hyatt Regency where you're treated best!”
“I booked this hotel after being delayed at DFW. When I arrived there were about 30 people in the lobby that were put up by AA. It was a little after midnight and there was one agent and it turns out she was new. I rated the property 5 stars because it wasn't the agent's fault however I wish there was a solution as it took 75 minutes before I was able to get in my room. I was Gold at the time and there was also a Platinum member in line. I feel like these airport hotels should cross train the shuttle drivers at least to help the elite members. We are so easy to check in. It takes agents less than a minute. They need my ID and credit card and half the time they don't need that because my Marriott Visa is on file in my account.I know that these lower tired Marriott brands don't have an elite desk, obviously but it couldn't hurt to cross train a shuttle driver to help check in at least the elite members.”

“Perfect hotel and location for the woman evolve conference! Staff was friendly, room was clean. It had a little smell to it but I turned on the AC and it helped out. Breakfast is not luxurious but it’s enough to get you started with your day.”
“Kiatano and Dan helped us check in and out, they were amazing! Super friendly service and made the experience great. Kiatano gave us the whole run down in the beginning and was a big help. Terminal A location.Clean and quiet rooms that fit up to 2 and just what we needed after our flight got delayed. They have drinks/snacks for extra fees and a TV to watch. They provide pillows and blankets as well. Minimum time to use is 1 hour.”

“Cool location to be in if you’re out of Town needing a room for the night,Nice looking Hotel on the outside, my downside about our hotel room was it was made for an Handicap person especially the bathroom,if you take a shower you’re going to need six extra towels so you won’t slip and fall on the floor, but other than that everything was good,there’s no free complimentary Morning Breakfast but that’s why they have an entire kitchen in your room so you can make your own ijs.”

“Rooms were simple and clean. The ac was a little loud for me and my room by the elevator had some noise. The room lighting was a little dark until the morning sun which was wonderful when taking a shower in the morning. Otherwise service was wonderful, decent food, an amazing smoked old fashion, and nice pool area. Booth pools were not heated and had a lot of debris when I arrived on April 1, 2024 and the patio furniture was weather worn and uncomfortable but otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Great pillows and comfy bed and crisp clean sheets. I would stay here again for sure!”
“Clean guest laundry room with three washers and driers, all operational.Well-equipped, clean, spacious fitness center.Good breakfast, served in a spacious, clean breakfast area. Standard Marriott fare. However, the scrambled eggs are pretty good, NOT overdone and rubbery.Have enough respect for guests of other faiths – or no faith at all – to discontinue bibles and Mormon books in guest rooms. Unwelcoming, intrusive, and insulting.It took stacking spare pillows in front to the door to block large gap introducing sleep disruptive light at night.”
