I’m so disappointed to see this Walmart going down hill. Yes, it has been remodeled, but it has taken the heart and smiles out of most of the staff. I will not be coming back to the Devine Walmart again after dealing with the lady in the makeup department today. If you don’t like your job, find another place to work. Unfortunately, her attitude is expressed by most of the employees there.
For a long time, I did not go to HEB for this same reason; however, they have improved immensely on their customer service skills. I will go there, or drive into San Antonio to the Ray Ellison or 35 S store. They make it worth the extra 15-20 mile drive with their kind and happy attitudes.

I love this Walmart. It is my homebase Walmart and it never fails me I always find what I need everything so organized and the employees and associates are so great and helpful Thanks, Walmart In Devine For taking care of all my needs

Went shopping like I always do but today went in bought a tv and some other items want to check stand to check out had the lady help me scan out the TV? Another lady comes around stands right in front of me while I’m getting my card out to pay which is . She has a crazy look on her face then smiles and say I just to get some rolls of pennies out . Ok then I payed walked to the door were 2 employees are standing one guy tall with tattoos standing thier acting like he is working on something and the a lil old lady acting like she is the police smh never again I guess castroville Walmart i go to i felt soo uncomfortable 😣 in this Walmart i will be notifying bbb they should not ever judge a book my it’s cover SHAME ON YOU WALMART

Actually the store is nice,but they are god awful rude,the manager was following my brother around and I over heard them talking about my husband (he was carrying beer becuase he didn't grab a cart) then they proceeded to look for him ,which was odd? Then as soon as they saw them they got after my brother for sitting in the cart,dead ass we saw kids stealing:( wrong priority lol

My complaint is not with the store itself, it’s with the freaking website. They don’t exactly make it easy to contact customer service. You have to jump through about 12 hoops to even get close to where this department is even mentioned. Shame on you Walmart
