They only have one person working front counter on a Tuesday at 2pm. Plus the ac is out and I’ve been waiting in line over 10 mins . Avoid this united postal service location at all cost . I plan to never return here

I paid to have a package delivered overnight, which was supposed to be Monday Dec 4th 2023, it is now Thursday December the 8th and my package still has not been delivered. When asked about the money I paid, they almost laughed at me and said nothing... This post office is terrible and need everyone needs to be fired and start over.. this place is terrible

Staff is polite, but something has changed over the past few years. They used to be really good about putting items in a locker and putting the key in my post office box. Not any more. I can’t always come during their inconvenient opening hours to pick up a box. Also, two important pieces of mail sent to me have gone missing over the past year.

BEWARE!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!! if you need to interact with this post office, think twice. These folks scraped the bottom of the barrel when it comes to personnel. No RESPECT, No manners, No ethics or morals; Its obvious there parents lacked educating them in basic skills. If you have packages or mail that you need to pick up BEWARE...... These jokers will throw it away, return to sender or just flat out lie to you. UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!!!!

has "lost" our mail multiple times while talking over the phone, but when i show up in person i get attitide that i make them go actually look for it, then they magical find it. they also refuse to acknowledge my address and made us pay for a Po. box the past year.

Mail person drives on grass in front of property and makes ruts and now it looks like a road through the easement looks real tacky, especially when you try and keep it mowed and clean

The doors are locked before closing time listed. There is only one person. Closed during lunch hours rather than jogging lunch hours. The postal worker stated that could not call in advance to ask for box to be placed in holding area with key. There were many pkg boxes available. There is a person who seems to be a janitor to lock and unlock doors. But the place is not clean. Inside or out. This is driving outside of my town because a new post office was built in Natalia after it burned down. But they do not have open hours on Saturday. Natalia also does not deliver within city limits. I pay for a P.O. Box at Devine because they have a very small window of open hours on Saturday 930am-11am. Since either way I must pay for a P.O. Box to have my mail delivered.

I deposit a mail letter in this post office and the destinatary NEVER received it... and they never return it to me eather. Dont trust in this place for your mail.

Well I've always been able to say when I'm wrong. I know I've had a lot of problems with my Postal Service, some possibly from theft others who's to say. But I will give credit where credit is due and they have heard my problems even if they are difficult to contact they have made efforts to correct them. And they are typically fairly knowledgeable with the mail that they have moved.This time while I received an empty box leading me to believe my mail has been stolen again, but I also received another box very nicely packaged it has the contents that I ordered. So I will admit I'm embarrassed of my little fit

This post office has always given me a hard time. ALWAYS! These stars are for Wonda! Wonda thank you for being amazing. ?? The only person at this location and for USPS as a whole who has actually helped me with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Thank you!
