Stopped for gas and coffee - the vanilla latte was awful. So 😞 as these are usually so good. It tasted like spoiled milk.

I went there 7-7-2025 the place was a mess, none of the soft drink worked, the floor was dirty. The rest room was worse, no paper towels - WHAT HAS HAPPENED - - - I'll give it one more try later this month.

Usually, they are on top of their stuff but this morning they had nothing ready nothing done not even donuts out and the top it off there was a young man trying to pay for some snacks and gas with a 1985 $100 bill and he was told he couldn’t use it because it was counterfeit. I looked at it and knew it wasn’t counterfeit so I traded the young man for a more current one
I just feel that if you’re gonna be at the register handling currency, you should know all of the different types of acceptable American currency that may come across your counter

Very friendly staff but she didn't give me a receipt the place was dirty the restroom I couldn't be in there for more than one minute cuz I think there was trash on the floor gums in the urinal they didn't have no soap to wash your hands, it looked like the floor was oxidized from it not being washed correctly. Honestly I have never seen a quick trip like this one before so dirty...

Stopped by with my husband to get some beer and when it came time to pay my husband set the beer down on the counter and I was going to be the one to pay since my husband forgot his wallet. The guy at the register told us he couldn’t sell us the beer because I was not the one who set it on the counter. Keep in mind we walked in together and we are both in our 30s. We are not minors, we weren’t being rude, we just wanted some beers for the game. At first we thought he was playing then we realized he was being serious, he told us it was his job on the line. That he couldn’t sell us anything. He started being rude to us. At the point we didn’t care about him not selling us anything it was more of the embarrassment because there was other people in line and in the store just staring at us. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the assistant manager. The worst experience ever! I will never give my business there ever again. Rude employees/managers!!

The Manager at QT in Devine, TX, I believe his name is Mark, is very rude! It appears that he likes to pick on kids. I sent my 12 yr old son in with two of his friends to buy bottled water for their soccer practice. When they went to pay “Mark” was the only person behind the register,. My son paid with cash and slid it across the counter to Mark. That’s when things went sideways! Mark got angry and told my son he was rude and slammed the change on the counter and continued to speak to my son in a rude manner. My son’s friends got scared because of how bad Mark’s attitude was. They told me how mean and rude Mark was to my son. I went into the store and told Mark I didn’t appreciate him being rude to my son. Mark was out of line, especially for a manager. There should be no place for a person in his position to speak to a child the way that he did. I told him “YOU SIR NEED TO LEARN RESPECT AND SET EXAMPLE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AS YOU ARE A MANAGER” .When confronted he told me that I needed to teach my son respect when my son did nothing wrong. So he was not only rude to my son, he was also rude to me when confronted with his actions. He went on the defensive. This man clearly doesn’t need to be working in a public setting. QT needs to fire this guy and apologize to my son for his behavior.

Store is nice. & I'm glad Devine has one of these stores. Service is speedy. I got no complaints, except one, as I was parking, a guy claims I got in his way, & was staring at me which seemed suspicious to me. All I was trying to do was park straight! Aside from that everything else was a great experience.
