The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I made an appointment at 1:00 Pm on Tuesday April 30, 2024 with Lin for a DIP FILL. When I arrived the male told me to have a seat and it would be a bit. He took a walk in and started her nails. Sometime later he told me his wife was home with a sick kid and he would do my nails. I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me. He said it’s not even time for your appointment yet. I told him I lived in the country and always arrive early for appointments. When he finished the walk-in it was after my scheduled appointment time. I said down and told him what color. He then informed me that they don’t do Dip fills. I reminded him that when I called and spoke with him to make my appointment, I requested a Dip fill and he repeated the request. He told me people don’t know what a dip fill is and I told him I was well aware of nail
terms. He again told me several times that they don’t do fills on dip nails. By this time I was completely stressed and in tears. I said just do the soak off. He then refused me service. I will never return and I hope others do not receive the same rude and hateful treatment when they question the man’s lack of professionalism.

Traveling full time I don’t have a regular nail tech and sometimes when they realize I won’t be a long time customer they’ll half a$$ the nails BUT NOT HERE!! They do a great job EVERY TIME! I think this is my 3rd rebase and they know I’ll be moving again ? I probably should have given this review earlier but I decided to make sure they know they’re appreciated today. The pedicures are wonderful too

I was a walk in. Made an appt. for a couple hours later. Had fill ins. My nails were done in a short amout of time. Best my nails have ever been. Time to fill them again. I don't know the gentleman's name but he is awesome

The worst experience EVER!!! So RUDE!! I’ve never had someone argue with me on how I want my nails. DIRTY!! He was in a rush and no one waiting or coming right after me. SO RUDE & SO DIRTY!!! Terrible job!!Services: Pedicure

Absolutely wonderful experience. I came in for a shellac manicure. Toni suggested a manicure was not necessary, my nails looked good. He offered to do a xmas design instead. I never had a design done on my nails so I just let him do his magic and OMG he is a true artist. I absolutely love my nails. I highly recommend Toni and I will definitely be a regular customer.

Toni & his wife are absolutely amazing! I frequent them, I’m there every 2 weeks. They do such a great job & to top it off Toni is the fastest nail tech in all of Texas!! I do recommend making an appointment as they do get extremely busy!Services: Pedicures
