I took two quartered deer which was 76 pounds of meat the first week of January. To have sausage made. I’ve called multiple times with no response. At the moment I have been put on hold and waited for 20 minutes and the lady who answered never returned. Last time I will ever take them anything!!!

I have been taking my deer to this place as long as they’ve been openBUT SINCE THEYVE OPENED THE NEW PLACE ITS NOT THE SAME by ALL MEANS.They seriously got to me this last time & had a HUGE Doe & only recieved 1 box of meat & should have at least had close to 2. I asked for roast & steaks and recieved back neither.I asked May to have Mitchell call me & boy she had all kinds of excuses why not for him to have me call.THIS WAS A BIG RED FLAG. I left 3 messages & Mitchell NEVER CALLED ME. Unfortunately I had to deal with CODY & Pretty sure after that conversation I won’t be back & neither will my other 5 hunters that hunt on my property.I KNOW IM GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THIS PLACE.I learned from the best at butchering deer by my Dad years ago. I used them for convience, but not at all a happy customer any longer.IM FED UP WITH THERE EXCUSES DAY IN & DAY OUT after the last 4-5 years at this newer locker plant.???.

I just wished they would have posted that the store doesn’t slice meat after 5:00pm. That’s too far to drive and it’s not posted anywhere.

Pretty groovy place, got there too late for lunch, but did get me some Cajun (boudine??) balls and some smoked ham chucks for snacking and treats for my dogs ❤️

Great customer service and very friendly! It's always been very personal each time I come in for custom beef processing. They even helped load the several hundred pounds of beef I had! I look forward to next time.

Way over priced. Had small spike buck paid $100 deposit , which I don't blame them for charging that, went to pick it up, charged another $89.37.. Total $189.37 for 11lbs grounded meat and back strap. Over priced

Staff are knowledgeable and considerate. Processing prices are on the high side, but the helpful staff takes some of the sting out of that.

Went in June 2020 to see about getting a steer processed. Was told they would put me on the list which would put my processing date sometime in April 2021. After patiently waiting, I called on June 4 2021 to find out there are 111 people in front of me and they aren't making any more appointments until 2022. Only giving one star because I have to to be able to post.
