Do not rent here. They will add NEW charges to your rent every month. New management has not help, they are pricing out individuals like me so they can up the prices. They tried to add on months of utilities all the way back from August. I didn’t move in till October. I signed in October and since then, it has been terrible. I wanted this to be a good experience but all I’m seeing is money hungry management wanting more money from people that work hard everyday!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

I will say this. My neighbors were friendly and looked out for me or each other. I appreciate that. We have gone through a few property managers since I moved in Aug 2022 but the newest one Candice (and Tony) are great. They actually treat you like they’re human as well instead of turning their nose up like some property managers. They listen and get the job done when one arises. We have to understand not everything is in their control but the things that are, they deliver. I appreciate them both.

Thank you to Candice She is the first manager in my renting expiernece to have been so sweet and understanding when things go side ways. I can honestly say you will not find another person nor a property better.

When we first moved here in July it was peaceful. Infestation of all types of bugs, and old damage everything inside the apartment. I had an emergency move that's why I signed the lease. However, after failing reports on them the apartment is now livable. They will steal your packages, upstairs tenants don't respect downstairs tenants, the younger tenants are always loud, music shaking your building, ppl speeding in the driveway, and nothing will be done about it. If you want upscale this is not it. Dont believe the hype about everything being new and those pictures on the site looks nothing like what youll get. They change property managers like underwear. Every month its someone new. Im sick of it.
