I love Dr. Maya Barfield and her whole team at Willow Brook Animal Hospital. She's kind, informative, caring, patient. The whole team treats my fur babies as if they're theirs. When we had to let our Camry go to the rainbow bridge last year, they cried with us. We love Dr. Garfield & the Willow Brook family.

They are very sweet and incredibly helpful. Michele takes time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. They always txt you back if you have questions and I found their pricing reasonable compared to what I was quoted elsewhere.

My first time bringing my cat in. Staff was engaging and efficient and Dr. Barfield really impressed. She was caring and knowledgeable. I will be bringing both of my cats here from now on.

I didn't get to have a full appointment because they're scheduling system didn't show me in the system, although someone called to confirm. Instead of responding with some type of customer service, the two women at the front desk stare at me with a blank face and act as if I am at fault. They didn't seek a resolution and just say we don't have an appointment for you. A new young lady did come up and tried to rectify the situation. After making it to the back, the vet tech comes in with a non friendly attitude and when called on it tells me she's new and knows nothing about what is going on. She was not set up for success though her attitude and the way she spoke to me left much to be desired. I left the appointment. Staff makes or breaks an experience and this staff left a very sour taste in my mouth. I spend my money where I receive quality service. This place is definitely not it!

Although the wait was a little longer than expected, the staff was amazing from the front desk to the back. The provider was awesome and very hands on with my pets.
