I don’t recommend coming here, I visited employees didn’t even greet me nor look up at me. They were sitting on the counter with their phones which to me was so so disrespectful. The Dallas location is way much better and they are friendly, clean and have excellent customer service. Even the person in charge of the place is racist towards everyone.

Second day in a row I have visited this location to get a shoe in my size that this location only has for them to be closed. It's a inconvenience and bad business standards. I wouldn't come if it wasn't indicated that their open online. Yesterday there were people inside the store but the doors were not open they stated they'll be open tomorrow. I drove and arrived there today at 11:20 doors locked and it's no one there

I will never return to this store if they have other stores with better options here the workers are super demeaning, despotic and arrogant, poorly educated, I don't know how there are people like that working, better leave the place to people who want to work, treat people with greater kindness and care with Let them hear you speak Spanish ? I do not recommend this store in the slightest and I am going to call whoever I have to call to complain about the bad treatment of that place with its rude workers !!!!!

This place has only 2 people working on a busy Saturday. Line out the door. Cashier constantly on the phone. Refusal of refund for wrong item. Hopefully this helps.

Worse shoe company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Waited on my shoes for a month and asked for a refund several times and never received it. Please stay away from this company if you can. If you just must have the shoes, please pay a little more for a pleasant experience and peace of mind.

Clearly this store doesn’t value its customers, or customer service! No customers, no business! Learn to treat people right and develop ethical store policies. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again nor spend my hard earned money with inconsiderate, unprofessional businesses who don’t understand the importance of CUSTOMER service! Disgusting!
