They should be ashamed for having the word "service" in the name. Package sitting two business days and counting for delivery. I tried to go by and get some help, but there was only one person at the counter and 15 or so people in line.

This location has significantly improved over the past two years. It used to be really bad regarding customer service; everyone was rude and unfriendly. Some of them now show a bit more of patience and positive customer service.

This has to be the absolute worst post office in the DFW area. The people working there especially the woman in the side window is very rude. She does not take time to listen that you’re concerns before she blurts something out she was rude to at least one other person before I got to the window.
