I have nothing but positive things to say about Russell. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Russell was extremely timely with his repairs and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The best part is my car drove better after Russell's repair than it did the day we bought the vehicle. If you need your transmission serviced, Russell should be your guy.... He's definitely mine from here on out.

Russ was awesome to deal with. Kept me up to date every step of the way. The man is a \\\"transmission professional\\\", a real life transmissionsmith. The time, effort, and attention to detail is far superior to any transmission shop. I'd definitely recommend paying slightly more for Russ's service, unless you enjoy being disappointed. If I ever have to have another transmission built or repaired, I'm not gonna bother shopping around, just gonna call Russ. My blue beast shifts sooooo smooth!

I had a great experience with Mr. Mike, he truly treats his customers with kindness and respect. I kept calling him to check on my car, he didn't give attitude and he kept me informed with my car. I know I will keep coming back as long as he's there.

Brought my 01 Ram Cummins in for a transmission rebuild and man, Russell went above and beyond. Kept me updated on throughout the whole rebuild and even showed me the transmission all apart. The best part he got it all done in under 3 days! Definitely will recommend anyone to go with him, with any transmission rebuild.

Also known as Gillette Automotive, it is a fine automotive service facility. The people are of very good repute and character. Not necessarily cheap, but not the most expensive by any means. They do back their work.

Russell was very professional an open about what I needed an what all he did to repair my transmission. He went above an beyond an kept me up to date on the progress. Got it back fast an it's working great. Definitely recommend him if u need some transmission work done.

I used Russell transmission service to take care of a few problems with my classic 72 Chevelle Malibu. I informed Mr Kohl of what I needed done,and he said he would look at it and let me know what the problem was and what was needed. He did reply with repairs needed, and gave me a brief estimate of the cost. While repairing the vehicle, he constantly gave me updates of the progress being made and the time frame of when it would be completed. I picked up my vehicle and was very satisfied with his work, his cost, his great attitude and overall quality of service. I will always use his service for my transmission repairs.......

Russell does impeccable work with Guarantee !Kept me informed on all of work to be done to be preformed . Work was done in timely fashion my truck was in on Monday and out on Wednesday morning .
