A gem hiding in plain sight! Even though I frequent the area, I didn't realize this place was here until yesterday. I was going to Tom Thumb for their bottled cold pressed juice after my workout and thankfully I noticed their fresh juice sign on the window. My juice was exactly what I needed and everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. I look forward to supporting this establishment regularly.

Smoothie Review: I've been a long time customer but have had 2 bad experiences with the smoothies. The first time there were little plastic pieces in my smoothie. At first I thought it was just pieces of the fruits or veggies but I kept feeling pieces in my mouth. That is when I realized it was small pieces of plastic. I brought it to their attention and they gave me 2 free smoothies and said they needed to change out something with the smoothie machine and that they were glad I brought it to their attention. Well, I experienced those same little plastic pieces again today so apparently the last time they corrected it, it was just a temporary fix. If you think you feel pieces of the smoothie (fruit/veggie pieces) be sure to double check. It could be the same thing that I've experienced. I will continue to shop there but just not for smoothies.

My first time here and the customer service was wonderful. Got all the help I needed and this wonderful lady explained everything to me without a problem. Definitely will go back!

My visits with Rebekah were remarkable. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the program. She seemed genuinely interested in my outcome. Her step by step guidance was very welcome and appreciated. I do believe she got me started on my healthy journey.

Look at this glowing skin. Thanks to my Holistic Health Practitioner Rebekah H. at Today's Health and Nutrition I am feeling and looking better than I have in years. Rebekah did a Health Dietary Assessment for my body, a full intake and orientation of what changes I needed to make. As well as created a schedule of supplements to take and suggested foods to eat that was needed to get my body healthy and balanced. Within days of following her plan and suggestions, I could feel and see the change! I feel and look amazing!

From our very first visit here a week ago until today, 6-17-22, Christianah and Melody are FABULOUS!!! You can feel the faith based atmosphere from the moment you walk in! My family and I love not only their smoothies and other healthy items, but the love and care you feel from the beginning of your transaction to the end of it. Everyone here is so helpful,kind and sincere. This is our go to smoothie store!

I am pretty partial to this place….first visit I was stared down by the employees as I was purchasing something. I complimented one of the black employees on how nice her hair was and the silence and discomfort of ownership was extremely obvious. They offer beneficial supplements and services but ownership is definitely an odd bunch. I won’t be visiting again.

I moved from New York to DeSoto in 2016. I was looking for a good smoothie and found Today's Health & Nutrition. I'm still going today at least 4 days out of the week. The owner and staff are awesome. I know them all by name. Each member exemplifies what Customer Service should be about. What jumped out to me most is knowledge they have to truly assist you with your needs. My favorite place! Keep up the fantastic work!!
