I went to this location to get a coffee before work and I pulled up at 6:04. The store opens a 6am, yet the doors are still locked! The lady at the register would not let me in ! Beyond disappointed because this never happens any other time ! Now I’m late to work because I had to try again at another gas station!

At the Pump I brought a Car wash at the Pump. The Car Wash doesn't Work. No Sign on the Car Wash saying Car Wash out of Order. The Store Clerk on the Cell Phone. I Called the Manager/Owner, Hecouldn't give Me my Money back. I told Him I Live out of Town.

Absolutely the worst customer service. When you enter store no one greets you. When you approach register they look at you with evil eyes and after they finish their conversation with their coworker they will assist you when they please. Take your money and business elsewhere. Trust me this location doesn't deserve it.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give zero stars, so 1 will have to do. If the language barrier isn't enough of an issue, the lack of training, and proper customer service should be. The owner as well as the female clerk need to be retrained. All store policies should be posted in plain sight rather than made up on the spot. There's a gas station across the street with better and faster service. Don't waste your money here until they learn how to give service that is worthy of financial compensation.

I went to pick up a western union and was told that they do not carry enough money to pay it out (400.00) I will be contacting western union to notify them of this dis-service. If I could give no stars I would.
