I use to faithfully take my 1992 Honda Accord here. I had to stop bringing my car to them due to incompetence. For one, one of the techs kept telling me to "just get the coded read on your check engine light" and suggested plugging it into a computer to read codes. The car is OBD1. There is NO Obd2 port for codes. You use a jump wire and the CEL flashes and you count the codes. I just let that tech talk because he didn't know what tf he was talking about. Obd2 ports only exist in 1996+ cars.
Furthermore oil changes here killed my car. My car is now 32 years old, it has ALWAYS required SAE 5W-30 and as it ages it needs to go up in weight. These mfs kept changing it with 0W-20 or whatever these new turbocharged engines take. I requested MULTIPLE times on separate occasions to exclusively run 5W-30 FULL synthetic. Long story short, I spun a damn engine bearing from not having adequate oiling! I'll literally never take another car there. $100 oil changes for a 30 year old Honda and y'all killed my damn engine. Car has been down for engine swap but it'll never see this place again.
Expensive and incompetent.

We went in to address an issue with the car. They put the code reader in the car. Explained what the issue was, gave us the pricing, and time. The car was ready sooner than stated. I thank the Team at Ten Minute Oil Change of Desoto. They were very professional and courteous.

Don't even waste your precious time or hard earned money here. These guys are out to take your money. They're thieves, they're lazy, and they're idiots. They probably don't even know anything about cars. Just an easy way to steal people's money without putting in work.
