I have came 3 times this week to get a simple inspection and oil change and these three hispanic men continuously give me excuses why they couldn’t do it. Nothing car related just laziness. All three have told me different things “the inspector not in” no Eta given. “Our machines are down”. After driving around corner they just sit on their phones not doing any work. Pathetic! Get new workers

Dishonest business and do not value their customers. Tried to charge for full-synthetic oil change when I didn't ask for it. I asked for a basic oil changed that is advertised as full service around $58 dollars, but instead wanted to charge me $89 dollars. Had to call the police! This place doesn't value our dollars!! Its Amazing that nothing is ever their fault and always find some way to put it back on the customers. Again, this place doesn't value our dollar!! Never bringing my four cars here again!!

The owner is a scam artist. He tries to up charge women. He stated that I needed new wiper blades to pass inspection. His blades were $40- 60 dollars. No thanks! I will never do business with him again.

I went to this location last week to get some electrical work done, Tech was on lunch so I came back an hour later. The tech told me it was to late in the day for that. Ok no worries I understand, I went back today 6 days later and arrived promptly at 8am, Tech was running late again. I waited until he arrived about 30 minutes later, he remembered me from last time. Then he proceeds to tell me that he didn't want to do the work because it was to time consuming and it didn't pay enough. He is lazy, undisciplined and no customer service skills. People like that will run your business away.

A little while ago I went and they gave me very good service, they changed the air and oil filters, everything was fine, I recommend them.

The place is a complete scam! I had to bring my friend up here because this place lost the key fob to her car when they were changing her oil and then they lied and said that they left the key in her car. When my friend came to pick up her car, the car was already running. She did not realize that she did not have the key until she stopped at another place and the car wouldn’t start because the key was not in the car.She was also surprised by how expensive her oil change was as well. She went in for a normal oil change which cost $30, but they charged her for synthetic oil that she did not ask for and charged over $70 for it.When she called for the key, the “owner” cussed her out. Also, he was very rude when I took her up there for the key and wouldn’t even try to look for the key or check with the guys that work there for the key.Please stay away. This place is a complete scam as you can tell from many of the other bad reviews this place has gotten. You can also tell how rude the “owner” is by how he responds to others complaints as well. This should not be a place of business as it using deceptive price advertisements and lies when they are caught doing wrong instead of trying to rectify the issue.

Rude an didn’t check everything they was suppose to. I told the other dude he didn’t check it an he told me to check it myself an I asked him where is the manager at an he lied an said he don’t have the manager phone number an lied like he was gone I call when I left an the manager picked up the phone . This is a very unprofessional business an I will never go back there I been going them for a year but I will find somebody else to serve my car .
