The cashier told me about the Senior Discount Day and told me the virtues of joining Loyalty Club. “Bring your own bags! Didn't know they don't provide bags any more. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. Ask a young lady for help and her facial expression and body language gave off a "you are bothering me " tone. Hoping they know people can go else where. Especially after I bought 4 or 5 pairs of show, with the cheapest being $60. Your customers have many choices!”

“Okay I'll be real with you we need to dress shoes for my son's graduation he's not the dressy type I did not want to spend $80 on a pair of dress shoes that he would only use for one day but hey you know what we walked into Melrose and then the back corner they had a wide array of dress shoes for men comfortable to any other shoe I think my son actually said they were comfortable and they looked real good for his graduation am I a cheapskate no I try to be a smart skate laugh out loud this place was nice clean and heavily stocked”

“I'm a frequent customer n work at Jenny's beauty supply, and love to go see what's in stock at that store on my break. the gentleman helped when we needed assistance looking for particular shoes. while working the register by himself, he was so helpful we appreciate all the help he gave us. we we were looking for knee or thigh high boots but unfortunately being that I do have a large foot I wear 10/11 he told us they do sell fast. hopeful wishing they should order more in those sizes because I do hear that a lot. however, we did find boots and flats and even a pair for my daughter and I to match. the kicker is mine light up but my daughter's shoes don't.... that would have been perfect if they did tho. but we were still happy with our experience. thank you”
“I was shopping at the Marshall, Tx store. They were pretty busy, so I found what I wanted on my own and walked to the counter and very soon, one of the associates walked up and asked if I was ready to check out. He checked me out and I was ready to go. Not a bad experience at all considering most if the other customers were buying shoes which required the associate to go in the back and find shoes.”

“This location was great. I previously went to the Wynnewood location where the service was not that great. An older lady is great at the Wynnewood location, she called the Red Bird location to see if they had a pair of boots and put them on hold until I got there. They held the boots for me and they were extremely nice and helpful.”
