I live there and the management sucks . Been at this apartments for a little more than 5 years and since the 1st manager left this apartments went down the drain. It sucks cause they’re loosing good tenants pretty soon !!

No matter whom is in office the office staff is wonderful . The manager and Christina are great , even the new Latina girl at front desk . The manager is doing a lot with this property .

The only person in the office who cares is Ashley. As for the rest of the team, they have no problem being condescending when inquiring about charges made to your account; you could pay on time and still be charged late fees; they won’t notify you once you receive the late fee and will apply more on top of the fees by day after. Pest control is literally a laugh, you request them and more bugs show up after you’re better off buying your own pest prevention products. NONE OF THE AMENITIES WORK: no nets on the tennis courts, no hoops on the basketball goals, and the pool hasn’t been open to residents in 2 years but gets cleaned regularly in the summer. The 24 hour “EMERGENCY Maintenance” line literally never gets answered, or any calls to the office for that matter, and my groceries went bad because of slow response to service requests about the refrigerator. The AC doesn’t work in my bedroom and it’s been 5 days since my request to be looked at and still nothing; this is Texas it’s too hot in the summer not to have AC I’ve had to buy a portable AC unit so my family and I don’t suffer waiting on them. I requested my mailbox door get fixed because it hangs open despite being locked way back in December and their response is “we’d have to contact the post office to fix it” it’s 8 months later and still no fix.

I lived there for 8 years and I left it almost a month ago and they still haven't returned my deposit. I called last week and they said they haven't checked the apartment yet...those people are not doing their job as they should.

FYI: if you are looking for an apartment, keep looking! I applied here in April and gave Ventura Landing a deposit; however, I found a different apartment somewhere else in May, and Ventura Landing has not yet refunded me my deposit that I have been asking for over the last two months. Also, any attempts to get ahold of their corporate office is a lost cause. Words to the wise, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Worst apartments ever. They gave us an apartment that looks like a trap house. Kitchen cabinets falling apart with all kinds of stains, black and mild tips in the closet, dead bugs in the fridge, roaches etc. please do not sign the lease before getting a tour it’s absolutely awful.
UPDATE: Our ac has been out for 3 days. Someone was suppose to come fix it today and never came and we haven’t heard anything. Also it’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t given us a mailbox key and nobody is ever in the office.

It crazy how they charge you so much for a water bill like you live I a dam house . Never seen a water bill in apartment $200.00 dollars . Can’t wait to find a house to get out this mess .

The maintenance men take 3 weeks to make a key and I have not yet gotten my keys just outrageous , the apartments are well besides that .
