If I could give this store at this location a "Zero", I would. I went to start phone service for my two girls and the sales person (I do not recall her name) convinced me that I would be happy with their internet plan. I told her I would try and she communicated with me that if I was not satisfied, I could return the device and be granted a refund. The internet service worked in my home for ONE week! I must have called the 1-800 number a dozen times to find out what the problem was. I then went to the Jefferson location and the Belt Line location and was told my address did not even qualify me for internet service! How could that be and I was sold a device???? I eventually went back to the Hampton location and the same lady fed me some line, but needless to say, I couldn't return the device yet I was told that my first month would be credited to my girl's phone lines. Which, by the way, still has not happened. I don't know, it just all sounds fishy. What was I thinking??? How could I be so foolish to not go with a more reputable internet provider??? I wished that I could remember her name, all I know is that she was a Hispanic woman. It doesn't matter anyway, I won't ever return. I am going to notify my credit card company and file a dispute against this store and then I will notify the Better Business Bureau for unethical practices. I am also going to contact the corporate office to follow up on their employees who treat customers such as this. Lesson learned, lesson burned. You got me this time sister, but you won't ever get a chance to get me again!!! Karma
