This hotel is horrible! The management as well as front desk are poor in service. The management is hostile with His words! His name is Fascile and the front desk is Ahkile. The manager threatened me as well as called me out of my name because I requested to have my money back. There are absolutely no cars in the parking lot of this establishment. No a single one besides mine while I was outside taking photos. The are on some sort of tax scheme and refuse to take card payments only cash! Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Don't be deceived! These pictures must be 20 years old!! No pool, no restaurant. Everything is closed. Rooms are dirty. I had toothpaste spatters on mirror and used shampoo packet in shower. Carpets are worn and dirty.

I paid for a room that had my husband name on the reservation. The room was paid in full the manager claimed he didn’t see his name and wouldn’t let him check in. Once emailed was shown to him with all parties name he still didn’t allow him to check in he refused to refund the money and called the police. If I could put 0 stars I

Terrible place for anyone to go. Nasty, smelly rooms that are questionable if they even tried to clean anything since the last guest was there before. Motel 6 is way above this place even. Don't waste your money and time.

Umm, hotel is ok. Not the best but not horrible. Building is just old, a few minor stains in the carpet. Nothing horribly wrong with the floors as people seem to say about it here. But service is horrible.

I only booked this place through corporate travel because it was close to my destination, but when I got there the doors were locked and there were no cars in the parking lot. Looked like a hotel van had a smashed window and other damage. This hotel looked like an abandoned horror movie set. I had to find another hotel to spend the night.

There were no hot water and the water pressurewas low, the sheets and couches were stained. Broken door, the place smelled like weed. I was suppose to get a refund for the 101.18 because I did NOT stay and checked out the same day. I did NOT use the room AT ALL. The manager lied to my bank and told them I changed my mind and stayed until the next day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

They advertise a pool, clean room, cable tv, ac, and free breakfast which is all false. The pool doesn’t have water in it, there was no breakfast, the ac didn’t work, the tv said no service, had to call down several times just to get towels. The trash wasn’t dumped before we checked in nor was the tub cleaned we had to do these things ourselves. This was a waste of money. Please do not stay here.

No hot water, dirty sheets, ran down hotel, broken ice machines, bugs, stains on floors and couches. Creeps roaming the place. It's overall terrible. I would not recommend this place, EVER!

Will never stay here again. There’s only one small elevator that goes slower then a mule in the summer time. Second the pool and hot tub were out of order as well as the indoor play ground which is why we picked this hotel. No hot water to bathe my kids, room wasn’t cleaned, low water pressure took the toilet forever, fridge kept going out, apparently the floor was cleaned that’s why it was soak and wet. The pull out bed mattress look like something they pulled out the dumpster had no sheets, pillows or blanket and when asked for some they didn’t have any blankets and said you have to get the sheet down here.

Where do I start.. The room had bugs … The floor had hair on it. The bed was ok. The air was good. The water had low pressure and it was cold… They don’t have phone’s in the room so you can call room service… And when you call off your cell phone they won’t pick up the phone and they be sitting right next to it. If you stay please pay with cash so you can get your money back the same day .. This the worst hotel ever.. They don’t cook breakfast... They didn’t wanna give you no more than two towels. They didn’t even wanna give u tissue.. Kids was playing on the elevators unsupervised..You also had to watch the elevator door b/c it will close on … I really don’t recommend anybody to stay here.. They need to close this hotel down n do some remodeling

It's amazing this place is still in business. I stayed for two days. The hallway smell like urine. But for the price I looked passed it. But at the end of my stay the owner like about me smoking in the room. I disagreed because I don't smoke. He called the police and had me trespassed. Whatever they charge just know you you add a additional charge of 100 bucks.

I wish I could give negative stars Magnuson hotels corporate should be ashamed to have this location under the Magnuson name. The room I had was sorry not cleaned prowling, the bathroom smelled like sewage. The front desk didn't want to adhere to an advertised rate, the hall ways had peeling wallpaper and messed up carpet smelled like pee and the air wasn't running in the main parts of building, pool and hottub were not running and were empty, the bar attached was open but over priced, the restaurant wasn't open, there was no continental breakfast as advertised. It was not worth what we paid if we had a choice would have gone else where. All that is advertised on their site is a bold face lie and also the elevator stopped working the one night we were there.
