Bad experience for more than a month and I don't have plates, they don't answer. I came in person twice, my plates have expired and they don't give me another one. They are good for selling but they don't serve you anymore.

I wanted this to be a great experience with Ford. My 2016 Explorer was dropped off late on 06/03 because of a warning light "Engine Coolant Over Temperature". I was called the next day and told I needed to have my water pump replaced to the tune of $3,800.00. After the shock wore off I called Ford to find out my extended warranty expired the previous month. I went on to authorize the repair. The repair was completed 06/07. The dealership delivered the vehicle to my home 515 that evening. Saturday when I got in to drive it I noticed one of the tires had been inflated to a pressure of 45. I did not understand why it had been over-inflated while the other 3 tires remained at a pressure of 35/36. I had to run my errands anyhow. While driving, my tire pressure light came on. I took the vehicle to Discount Tires because it was close. I was told the sensor was now dead and it would be $60 to repair it. I am now upset because Ford did not take ownership of this negligence. I was told by the service advisor that their techs know how much air to put in tires and they should not have touched the tires anyhow. I had to remind her, I also requested "The Works" package which should have included an oil change and tire rotation, among other things. I replied to a survey to customer service, Michelle Cane and also spoke to the service advisor Jomanda A. I was supposed to receive a call back but I have not received that call. I was not expecting any additional fees or inconveniences after I dished out $3,800.00. This is the second issue I've experienced with Ford. I have lost all trust with their brand and their employees.
To add insult to injury, about a month and a half after this service and The Works oil change request, the “change oil soon” reminder came on. I was so upset I didn’t even call the dealership back. I knew they would lie to protect their employees and name. The WORST!!!! I ended up taking my vehicle to Walmart and pay for the oil change that I had already paid the dealership to do. I’m DONE with Mac Haik Ford!!!
