The clothes are nice, but the customer service was so nasty. And I usually don’t do reviews. I wanted to buy from there, but was not plus sized. So I was not welcomed (even though I have other friends and family that are plus size). She followed me around the store and said I couldn’t take pictures. I guess she doesn’t want business (probably why it’s empty all the time). It could be a great store if only…

Customer service was a disappointment. The sales associate was more interested in television than sales of t-shirts, purse, and cap that I had to walk away from due to no customer care. When I asked her opinion or help, its like i was interrupting her show. I hope this changes.

Was dying to go in there because I always see cute stuff in their window as I get donuts in the morning...finally had time to do it, walked in and I spoke. Two women just sat there talking to each other and never acknowledged me. There was only one other customer smh. I expect more coming from a small boutique and saw at least 3 items I wanted to try on, but did not because of lack of customer service.

The sales lady was not helpful I ask did she have an item I was looking for and without even giving me eye contact she said no very fast and continued to watch TV without trying to really hear me out. I just starting looking around and I found what I was asking for after she said they didn't have! I ask her did they have another size and she said what's on that table is what I have and turn around and started looking at TV again! She made me felt like I was not wanted in the store.

Went there to purchase items several times and no one was there during scheduled hours. On the door it stated they opened at 10am the store was still closed when I came at 11am. Called the number twice no one picked up cool so I went to another boutique. the next day, I received a call from the owner or whoever was working that day saying who is this, this number was on my caller Id. I didn’t remember the number so I thought it was someone playing on my phone. I looked through my call log remember it was the boutique and called back to say that I wanted to purchase some items and the way she answered the phone n came at me was very unprofessional. She screamed at me like something was wrong with her and hung up in my face! It’s disappointing that you would receive service like this from your own color. Makes me not want to support black businesses like this again.
