Would give zero stars if I could. Atrocious behavior. I’ve never heard people be so rude to customers. Receptionist yelled at an old man in front of me who was super kind to her and just being friendly in general making conversation with her, which really hurt me to watch. The first time I came in here to have a test done, she didn’t even look up from her computer to yell at me that testing closed at whatever time it was even though it was barely after that time. That’s still fair though. Second time I came in, quite a few people in the waiting room, EVERYONE confused as to what the process is or what the heck is going on bc it’s taking a while- which okay fine, it gets busy, we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that part. However, when someone gets not only talked down to but screamed at when they ask questions about if they’re doing the right thing, it’s demeaning and hard to watch, especially when it’s all of the sweet elderly people. And one second she’s yelling at a patient and the next patient she is nice- never know what you’re gonna get. Also, when a PATIENT asks a question in a whisper to you about their health history or financials, do not yell an answer loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear- that’s not very HIPAA friendly. There’s no reason to act like that to ANYONE. And it wasn’t just one day, I came in here back to back days.

Had no issues when I went in. Check in process was very smooth, in and out in less than 30 minutes.

SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
I really wish I could do this without giving any stars. This could possibly be a corporate problem! Idk. Please Help Me Make this Make sense.
I walked in and saw that they were busy and there was no one at the front desk. There was a door opened on the side (it appears to be the entrance to the back) I saw a lady helping others so I went and stood at the desk. There was no one else at the desk when I arrive just me. So maybe a minute or 2 goes by and the same lady walks up to the desk looks at the papers on the desk and say "name" (I'm thinking good, they already sent the order over, right.) I said "Barber" the girl said "Im not talking to you" can you imagine the look on my face, was I invisible, Lol I was the only one standing there, everyone else was sitting down. She saw the look on my face and hand motioned me to move out the way. Didnt open her mouth again, Lol. Now I try to look for the good in everything. So maybe they were there b4 me, and sat down because it was a longer wait. I get it. So why not Just apologize for the wait and explain that they were waiting b4 me. If that was the case. Being out right disrespectful and rude is something I can't tolerate. She never said a word yawl. Not even good afternoon. I understand we all have bad days and dealing with patients can be difficult at times, but you still have to maintain professionalism at all times. It takes more muscles in your face to frown than to smile and this girl made me frown. I didn't say a word either. I walked out, and we'll I did say "I can't believe I came here." and left. I called her a lady earlier, ladies dnt act like that, so I changed it. I went to the lapcorp at the hospital very nice people, the service was quick. The lady that help me at the other location was so nice. She restored my faith in the company! She was very pleasant to talk too.
Dear corporate, People that act like that, are normally over worked, under paid, and perhaps short staff. Ijs

The person at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Marina was very nice and helpful. Other than that I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.

Rude, and embarrassed me. Thanks alot! Not the lady who was servicing me, the other one. Learn better customer service when dealing with the sick. Yes, you know who you are. God bless u too!

October, 27,2023 My experience was a Very enjoyable one, my Cell Phone reception was not good, but once I enter the facility, the Front Desk Receptionist, Kenisha, took very good care of me, my Blood Technician,Marina, took very good care of business, and, there was Toya, who happened to walk up as I was conversating with the other two ladies, she was as one of family with them, You're a very professional, group, I personally rate them, a Ten, In this world we live in it's hard to find personalities like these, Thanks, your Manager sure be very proud of all of you!!!

This is a great place to come to do your lab. You can't blame the staff for being short staff, I'm just glad that they came to work. This lab does a lot of services blood work, drug screens, and paternity tests. Be patient it may not always be in and out, if you rush ppl cause you have to do something afterward come early.

Don’t come here if you have a child with you. You’ll be turned away even if you drove an hour to get there and corporate won’t work you at all. Very unhelpful

The ladies at this location are awesome, so friendly and quick! I was in and out in about 10mins. Latoya was my technician and she was great, one stick and didn't hurt, she has a soft touch!Thank you ladies, keep up the great work. I will definitely come back here.

I see that they are rated 2 stars... Wonder who did that? This is my spot! I have to get labs drawn like every 2 months and these ladies are phenomenal. Yes, it's in the hood but I love my hood and I love these ladies at this LabCorp. I don't like needles but they are just about always accurate on the first stick with me. There's only been 3 instances were the person missed and 2 of those times I was dehydrated so that's on me. [This bottled water has been tasting nasty lately.] Anywho Stay Healthy

It's a nightmare trying to find this place. They're located near a spa place and a credit union. It is not a stand alone building. It should be the first office to the right when walking from the parking lot.
