I just want to share the experience I had as an employee with this company, this was my very first time selling cars & I did extremely well my first month selling 12 cars with no experience NOR PROPER TRAINING. I would get people a lot of people in the door expecting to leave with a vehicle & that didn’t happen a lot even if they scored out in our system (got approved)THE OWNER TOM would judge a person based off their appearance (ALWAYS A BLACK PERSON) & decide if he wanted to sell them a vehicle or not which was completely wrong in my eyes I would ask why the customer didn’t get approved he would tell me “it’s just not a deal you can look & tell” without meeting a person having a conversation with them they were judged off looks .
He would accuse young black men of being drug dealers, I started to notice the nasty things he was doing to my people my race & started showing poor work effort. He then found out I was pregnant & stopped approving any deals that came my way ! I stopped showing up to work because I started to hate the nasty environment. There are nothing but African American employees BUT THEY ALLLLLL COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR PAY & HOW THEIR MONEY IS DEDUCTED FOR THINGS THAT THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER . THESE ARE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THE COMPANY FOR 9+ YEARS . & some people are just too comfortable to the point they don’t want to start over ! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER THAN JUST A REVIEW I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY NONE WHAT SO EVER . The racial slurs towards my people were horrible! I will never forget how uncomfortable I was .

Horrible service they took my car and $1300 from me I don’t recommend this place at all they have 1 sales men and finance black guy is rude and hangs up in your face never get a car from them

it took me so long to find a car and finally I came here and let me just say not only was the service amazing they got me in something that I had wanted since I was a kid. Ayana was super helpful and upfront about everything no hidden cost no hidden fees everything was laid out exactly as it was stated on the paper I felt like I could understand everything.I definitely recommend her and this place if you’re looking for a car
