Fred was amazing. I asked questions. He answered them fast and made sure I understood what was going on. He made me feel so comfortable talking to him about my situation and what I needed. I also worked with Jarvis and had the best experience. They have made me feel like family.

Customer service and professionalism at its best. Mr. Jarvis, Fred, and the team provide the best service. I have 3 auto vehicles through State Farm plus a life insurance policy. I'm truly grateful to have my policies with the State Farm office in Desoto. They provide the best customer service.

My husband put in a service request on 2 consecutive days. Each time they were timely, efficient, & consistent! I was very, impressed! Was even more impressed that they followed up to ensure everything went well!!! Customer service at its finest!

I asked the owner when was the best time to cancel so I wouldn’t have to owe anything. He provided the date and I went with that date. Months later I receive a prorated bill from the owner he didn’t cancel the correct dates. Not once did he apologize for providing the incorrect date to cancel so I wouldn’t owe any prorated amount. Not knowledgeable and unfortunately due to my experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Very professional and patient!!I called for a quote because the price of my existing policy was extremely expensive.Jarvis was not only able to save me a couple hundred dollars but assisted with life insurance policies.

I was very pleased with the representative named Fred Thornton.Very professional and helpful.I appreciated all his help.I was at a dilemma being that I had been with family Allstate Bert Maxwell which I enjoyed the comfort of knowing the staff for over 7yrs and this month my auto/home increase each $100.00 at renewal. I was very disappointed so I reached out to State Farm and this gentleman really took his time in working with me.I know this insurance industry bias. Not the agency's.

I am new to Texas and was very nervous about switching all of my policies to Statefarm in Texas. I have to give a huge thank you and shoutout to the BEST Statefarm Agent I have encountered in a while. Mr. Hill is very professional and his service and attention to making sure I was comfortable is unmatched.I am grateful one of my friends referred Mr. Hill, he didn’t treat me like I was just another customer but like he has known me all my life. I had a lot of questions, he was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I will end with this like a good neighbor Jarvis Hill Statefarm is there. Jarvis Hill represents Statefarm and himself well and I am very pleased with the service I have received.
