Very good with their Price, and time friendly service. I had to get a starter, AC compressor and an AC condenser put on me car, and they fixed it all in one day. My car runs great I have no problems. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I’m back with another review. When I brought my car here on Jul 2, I was told it would be 680 bucks to fix my rack and pinion and come to find out it’s simply my o rings that needed to changed. They were going to up charged me for something they knew or didn’t knew was the problem because they aren’t thorough with their work. I got my brakes done and my car is still squeaking! In the past people have told me to avoid them but I will. They are getting over on people especially women.

I have had good and great results with this family owned business. Their prices can't be beat! However if you have major repairs to be done, it will be affordable, but it may take some time before you get your vehicle back. And I can say they have helped me out when I was in a pinch. I love the family and the business. This is my truth with their services.

Dropped my car off Wednesday for a power steering issue they said they won't get to it till Thursday afternoon, and I said fine. It's now going on Saturday,
and they still have not finished replacing one pressure line. Every time I ask, they say it will be done today, but nope, and when I look in the back, no one is around the car. And they are charging me 150 for parts when it cost 86

Worst ever, don^t really know what it is, and change parts any ways, unplug te batery to turn off what ever ligth you had and hope you don^t come back to clame, if you do, just get smart tell you what ever to aboid the problem

I live close to this place, and not only is the customer service great. Jr, the son, always explains everything that my car needs, and for the record, he never asks for payment until work has been completed. I drive an Audi A8 L. I have not experienced anything but good service. My daughter Nissan Juke needed a turbo charger. Jr. had it installed, the car runs great .I would refer to this location based on my experience.

JE has been working on my cars since I moved to Texas 10 years Ago! He’s always honest and always does a great job. I will trust him with Any job he does! I’ve sent at least 50 people to him and I’ve never heard of Any negative feedback! JE for the win! Definitely recommended…

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
The place is not properly ran, I called JE AUTO BEFORE TAKING MY CAR! The son and the father told me 4hrs and 1000 dollars I agreed and got my car towed to the location in Desoto Tx. 4 hrs later I hadn’t heard Or had not been updated I called and they stated they received a bad part and had to redo it. Ok. 3days later after they already have my money my car still was not fixed and now they are stating it’s at another location. That was never told to me, there was no communication! Finally I got my car back and it was an unbearable smell of fumes. I immediately called and spoke to JOSE which is the father and he stated it was normal. Let the oil burn off. After weeks nothing changed I then returned to JE auto and the father diagnosed my car with other problems, this seemed strange, so I got a second opinion and not only was the part incorrectly placed but it was apparently a stolen part that I paid 1000 dollars for. The owner of the place is telling that I have to wait and let him find the receipt that he received from auto zone. This is very unprofessional I receiving service from them in Aug 2023 it’s March 2024 and I’m getting the run around. Please don’t bring your car here, it will cost you more time and more money!!!!

We were referred to J.E. Auto by family, and they didn't disappoint.
Let me start by saying I'm a go back to the dealership person with my Infiniti...however Sewell was going 2 charge us $245 to diagnose, then apply that cost to work done.
This place doesn't charge a diagnose fee, told my husband what it might be and approximate cost. Once they figured it out (starter), they called with pricing and done the same day.
The dealership wouldn't give me an estimated cost without seeing the vehicle (shame on Sewell in Dallas) games they play...throwing out random #s...but needless to say J.E. Auto was 1/2 the cost, professional and honest to us.
The young man (Jr.) himself was very impressive, detailed and answered all questions up front and honestly.
Go see them, because I'm very picky but the definitely satisfied me.

This is the worst mechanic in dallas took over half a year to change my engine kept making excuses charged me for extra stuff and gave to back to me half done made me still pay for everything and he put sand in my transmission

I was surprised at the shops location. But I appreciated the positivesness of the owner and crew.....the young man himself was very impressive, he was very polite. Made sure to give us all the details of everything we needed to know about the job. He even offered me a discount on the services. I guess it was because I was from out of town. But I really appreciated him.....he told me that the work was going to take 2 hours, he actually did it in less than an hour and 30 minutes. It was a very good place to get the work done.
