By the way that I was treated, you would’ve thought that I was Jaiden’s biggest sale of the day. You can tell his standard of service is excellency regardless of the clients issues/needs. I truly appreciated that.
Each time that I visit this location, my experience is phenomenal. I’ve been assisted by two other male sales associates and a female associate over the last 1.5 years - my experiences have been consistently pleasant, professional and efficient. This location is by far the most well ran and trained in excellency. Other locations in DFW could learn a lot from this team!”

“You can get an iphone 6 for $50 plus first month$50 plus $15 activation when you switch from another provider. Total is $130 with tax. I got 2 lg stylus 4 for $120 including 2 lines on unlimited data not bad at all. The screen protector they gave me was paper thin and had a tab at the top which peeled off within an hour. The cases are $13 a bit overpriced i got a tempered glass screen protector and case on amazon Prime for $8 with free next day shipping. Great customer service. Overpriced cases and limited selection as well. But if your looking for a good deal on 2 phones this is the place to go”

“If you live in Red Oak or outside of the areas that offer high speed internet like cable or DSL, give these guys a call. Their service is fast and has been very reliable. They had a few problems at startup, which is understandable with a new system, but I stuck with them and glad I did. My Tech support guy is Germaine. This guy is a class act. I can text him at just about anytime and he will respond and check out the system if I ever experience any problem. Very courteous and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and believes in the company he is working for. That goes a long ways with me. I was with another ISP, I won't say their name but the initials are RBB. The difference is like night and day. Not only in the support and service but the quality of the internet service and speed. We can have two or three TV's streaming shows and someone playing online games at the same time and hardly notice any slow downs. Try them out. I honestly don't think you will find a better ISP in our area. Even if you are getting DSL, you might check them out. I am that pleased with them so far. Thank you Forefront Wireless, for bringing true highspeed internet to areas where it wasn't a real option for many years now. And a special thanks to Germaine, my tech guy, for keeping me up and running and being so easy to reach and talk to.”
“Came in to buy a phone and open a new line. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by Spectrum Specialist Yolanda Gomez Cruz. She was very polite and knowledgeable and told me about discounts and specials that came with my trade. She even switched all my data, contacts and photos over. It took a while but she was very patient and walked me through the process. I absolutely love my new Samsung S24 ultra. Yolanda is a great asset to Spectrum. Keep up the great work Yolanda!”
