Excellent, attentive service. I loved how I was shown the various items, especially those items on sale, jewelry that would work well with my purchases, etc. I appreciated the genuine interest in making sure I had a pleasant shopping experience.

I placed an order on July 25th, immediately noticed I had the wrong shipping address, so emailed right away. 8 business days later and I’ve heard nothing beyond the initial confirmation email. Not great customer service.

I absolutely love this store for any special occasion that I have to go to where I want something different and fashion forward. I am so not the fashionista type of woman, but everything is so beautiful and unique and fits my 5’10” thick frame, which I so appreciate.

Ordered online for store pick up. When I arrived, the owner was present but said I could only get my order in the following Tuesday. As a first buyer, when the email said your order is ready for pickup, I assumed I could get it. I came back on the following Tuesday. This time the store was CLOSED!! I called the owner, she said that she was out of town and thought the boutique was open! I asked for a refund. Owner didn't try to help or seemed interested in keeping my business. I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund. I would give zero stars if possible. I always try to support small businesses, especially black owned ones, but customer service was totally lacking! Very disappointed

I placed my order on April 12..it has been over a month and have not had any form of correspondence from this company. I send dms, emails and placed phone calls. I have even left messages under their post on IG and still nothing. Till date i haven't heard anything about the dress I ordered. This is insane. Very horrible

It helps if you are actually OPEN during listed store hours! I waited 30 minutes for this store to open, meanwhile as I dove off I see every other shop next to it OPEN! I was excited to shop for something glamorous and unique, but sadly I gave a deadline and I had to look elsewhere.

I have been shopping at this boutique for about 4 years now and I have loved every piece bought and still have them in my closet to this day.Recently, I’ve started using the cosmetic line and I give it two thumbs up, especially for the liquid matte colors! I was not convinced the colors would wear right on me and the owner convinced me to try them with her winery lip liner. So I did and the application was smooth and soft and then just like that, it dried into place. My lips did not feel dry throughout the day and most of all, the color lasted until I took it off at night!I love the line! I love the store and I’m a satisfied customer.

This shop was truly a God send! I needed outfits for a 50th birthday photoshoot and Dasha more than delivered! She advised me on accesories and several looks making the shopping spree part of my weekend a highlight, for sure! House of Dasha has a customer in me, for life!!!!

I love this boutique! Only appointments during COVID. I made an appointment, and I loved the one on one shopping session, it was a great experience. Customer service was excellent, I left with everything I needed (clothes and accessories). I’m ready for my event! Thanks House of Dasha!

My experience with House of Dasha Boutique is a good one! I ordered a couple of mask and a dress and they were all nice and as advertised. I also appreciate the punctual communication, as I needed to reach out to them and they responded in a timely manner. Great customer service.

WOW!! Thank you so much for the great customer service you provided to me prior to placing an order. I chosed the 4 payment options, and I received my jumper just 4 days after doing so. I am so in love with my jumper. It's great to know that we can shop from the comfort o f our homes during this pandemic and not worry about scams or back orders.
