This was a negative experience. The toilet at one moment wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance was not available. The person then proceeded to give me instructions for removing the cover to see to fix it myself. This is unacceptable. At the time the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms, so I fixed it myself. I was there on business and will never stay here again.

Hotel had horrible smell when we entered , but wasn't bad when we got in our room. It was cool until the second morning of a 3 night stay we discovered two bugs in the bathroom. I addressed it with the manager on duty and checked out immediately. She promised a refund for the entire stay, she refunded two nights and I had to put in a complaint for the rest. I think it was the location maybe, not the best I admit. But Hilton needs to still have upstanding Hotel expectations. I'm a little hesitate to stay again

Lovee our stay no complaints except for the elevator that was broken and the other elevator was sketchy sounding like it was going to break going either up or down...

Pulled in on Christmas Day - had reserved a regular king room. The front desk was kind enough to make our day and upgrade us.My only complaint about this property was the lack of food options nearby.

The front desk lady, old manager Karen type, claimed that Diamond members were being hacked and apparently believed I was using a hacked account. After being accused, I was debating if I wanted to stay so I told her I would be right back (I needed to discuss this with my partner). As I entered my car, I received a notification stating that my reservation was canceled. ?

Avoid this place! I was double charged and was not given my $50 dollar deposit back. When I called to get that corrected I was told that their systems then do double book users. You will not see it on your receipt. But do check your credit card statement. Hampton Inn will try to scam you. Never staying at any of these places again.

This was a horrible experience. The service was great but the room was horrible for the price. THE air conditioning face fell on the floor, and I couldn't regulated the thermostat. Plus we are Silver members.

Best customer service you could ask for. Located next to its sister hotel Home2 suites, it's central to the Eagle events center so perfect for your kids sporting events. Also serves a full breakfast.

Don’t stay in room 420, sounds like fun but the A/C is super noisy. They tried to fix it while I was there but the noise can back. On the plus side it masked the highway noise.

My stay was good for the most part, but unfortunately someone tried stealing my catalytic converter. So if you stay here park up front and/or in great view of the cameras. I myself won't be staying here again.
