Went into this location to drop off a package. Dude at the front counter had zero customer skills. No hello, or good bye. If you don't want to work there then find another job. Don't work at a company where you're forced to interact with others if you hate it so much.

Working remotely, I don’t have a printer, copier etc access & this place is just the perfect convenience for all of that! Haven’t had any issues here and every person I’ve encountered has always been very helpful. I also love the self service because I come often and I normally come right when they open to avoid long lines. I am normally in and out… Small place inside Walmart but has everything you may need.

The only reason this location received one star from me is because I'm not able to do zero. Very bad customer service. Unfriendly and Unprofessional. I had the worst experience with the Manager name Kadesha, I'm not sure how she became a Manager because she lacks the traits of leadership such as being People oriented and effective communication, to name a few. When your blessed with a position you should humble yourself and be grateful instead of having an Attitude! If you don't like your job find a new one!! I contacted corporate and filed a complaint and I hope that it's followed up on and no one else will have to experience bad services like I did!!!

Hey FedEx, you know what is worse than lying to your clients. Laughing at them.I went in due to a note from a missed delivery. I went in an hour after the note stated my merchandise would be ready. They cashier huffed at me that it wasn’t in and I stated the note said a particular time. The cashier sort of snorted and laughed at the same time and said the notes are never correct. If this is a known issue why not fix it? And why laugh at me for taking your word? Causes a loss of time and folks to be upset.

This location is right up the street from my home. I needed to print something off my email while I was on lunch break. Issac greeted me as I walked in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I was in and out. I will be a returning customer. Keep up the great work Issac.

This place has horrible customer service. I went in a few minutes before close to pick up a package that I was told would be here and ready for pickup before 6pm. The black man running the store at the time told me there were no packages for me. He refused to go to the back to look for my package he kept insisted it wasn’t there. After I left I called the HUB and I was told my package was there since 11:32am and signed for by a K. Kelly. This is not good customer service and this man should not be allowed to work there. This is such an inconvenience to me and I’m sure this is not the first time he’s done this. I want answers and most importantly I want my package.

Horrible customer service. And inconsistent. I went in 3 times trying to ship a package. They clearly didnt want my money. Ridiculous!! Each time i go its a different issue. I dont have enough id to ship a package?? Like seriously? I had my whole employee id the second time with picture. And was told that wasnt enough. I reached out to corporate. I will not return. This is why i use amazon and the male is rude

I am sitting here waiting on a package that was shipped here but apparently it was sent to Walmart and not Fedex and now Fedex is not even trying to help retrieve the package so now I’m working with Walmart and FedEx local to try and get my package

I had grate service. Mrs. K went out of her way to fix a problem. She kept me informed and influenced me to feel like my business meant something. Not only that it was easy to get what I need. Had multiple options and the store was clean. However, I suggest a sign coming in from the doors where patrons can see without looking up and to the left, immediately coming in. I walked around back expecting find it there...
