They closed the store because it's raining. They are in the store, cars are coming and leaving left and right. If it was my business I would be upset with the person that made this decision

I live near by and always opt to go out of my way to different location. Since there is new staff it’s been great! Crystal is doing a fantastic job. Staff here is a new crew and happy to help.

I don't understand what is happening with the administration of this store, they have neglected the staff they hire a lot, the cashiers have a bad temper and always look tired and in a bad mood, I prefer to drive a few more miles to have a better service ..

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a mess. The store is not stocked. It has most of its merchandise in boxes in the aisle. They don't have change. You will have to pay exact change or they only want to accept card only. I have witnessed the manager outside the store in her car with her feet propped up during business hours. Last night I couldn't get ice because the manager had the key and was not there. It's amazing they are still in business.

This location has no signs on the door they were closed at 10am and it’s 2:30pm they are still closed with items sitting outside.. if their on a break, lunch, restocking, it’s simple place a note on the door

We had the pleasure of visiting Dollar General with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. There was only one car in the parking lot and I observed at least one handicapped parking spot. Upon walking in the establishment we noticed a lot of boxes and items on a flat cart at the front of the store. As we walked around we noticed a few other locations with boxes stacked up and some of the aisles were very disheveled. at one point the employee asked if we were from the corporate office and said he was not expecting anyone from the corporate office. He was hospitable during our transaction."Our Purpose is your Blessing"

I am a health care worker, I stopped by after work to get some essentials. I stopped by a product and wanted to know the price of it there was an old gentleman behind me and I asked if if he worked here he looked at me crazy and I asked again if he did and he responded “Don’t you see me putting stuff in the rack” rudely. How will I know if he does or doesn’t work at Dollar General if he doesn’t have an employee t shirt or a name tag he had just a regular t-shirt with a gray hoodie and I asked because I wanted to know if you knew the price of the product he then responded me rudely “NOO” that I needed to go to the register to know what the price was. I go to the registered a lady assisted me and I ask her could you please check the price and the gentleman goes to the front and blurs out “the price is $3” I then became upset because if he knew the price he could told me respectfully what the price was when I asked. I asked for his name and corporate number and he said no you can kiss my a**. I was shocked how he treated me. I know we all have bad days, but I know he didn’t have one he treated all the other customers in a good way. I that I’m Hispanic treats me differently makes me upset. I live in the area and it’s not the first time it’s been several times and only with our culture. I feel upset I treat all my patients equally, I don’t think he would of like that to be treated with no compassion from a health care facility. I believe we you all be treated with the same respect.

I just had the worst experience ever! They will never get my money again! I’m purchasing things. The cashier is on the phone with someone about putting a dog in the cage or something to that extent. She rings up an item that I had two of 3 times. She was like you can just get another one. Ma’am I don’t want another one I just want two. She proceeds to give me my refund. Then ours everything I purchased in a scented trash bag! Exhibit A
I’ve been living in DeSoto since 1994. It was NEVER LIKE THIS! I feel like I’m in the ghetto ? I won’t be back!

If I can give no stars I would! The lady at the register was rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude for absolutely no reason. First off she got an attitude because She cancelled out the option to put my number in and was upset she didn’t know how to go back and had to cancel the transaction. Then was mouthing off while doing it. I asked if all my coupons were showing and she then got upset again over using a coupon and called the manager. The manager also had a nasty attitude and came over and said What’s the problem! Instead of trying to HELP he came over to cause even more of a scene. Now I see why even the employees are set in their attitude ways.They should both be fired and I will also contact corporate.
