Awful!!!! Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Had a loved one pass away that lived there and they handled the situation horribly!!!! Lies on top of lies and had an attitude anytime you try to speak with them regarding the matter!!! Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like people!!! No type of sympathy for a mourning family just attitude, attitude ,attitude!!! No one knew what they were doing in the matter!! Said one thing but did another! Manager needs to be retrained because she definitely is the ring leader of the mess that’s happening in the office.

Nice apartments. Very helpful staff except for Kiersten… she is very rude and lazy. Gave me a really nasty attitude until Ms Kita came in. I’m assuming she’s her boss. Ms kita was very helpful. I ran into Kiersten again on my second visit. Rude yet again. Thankfully Terry was there to assist me with everything I needed. He was very professional and I could tell he cares about the tenants. Thank you Terry and Ms Kita! Kiersten needs to be fired .

These apartments allow smoking in the units and I was told no smoking as I am extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. My neighbor above me is a chain smoker and my entire unit smells of smoke because our vents are connected. My furniture, clothes, walls, EVERYTHING in my house is ruined with the nasty smell of smoke! I have to continually wash and rewash my clothes to keep from smelling like smoke when I go to work. I have had several upper respiratory infections and pneumonia since he moved above me and nothing is being done! One manager says he can’t smoke and the other says he can! The lease says no smoking!! I’m so sick of this place!! Hate it here!!

Been a resident for 10 years, always felt safe here and management is super helpful and maintenance is great! Definitely recommend!

Stopped by for a tour and info on the 1 bedroom my tour guide and the nice lady with the long dress, she is a very kind and professional staff member, she gave me all the info I needed. The tour was very pleasant. Will definitely be considering this property

I have been here 3 months and I have loved it ?! The staff has been great! When I needed to move in asap they accommodated and really helped us out to move in fast. Maintenance ?? is amazing with great service. I never have to wait for them to gets things fixed and they don’t really need to fix much just little things here and there just like any apartment. The apartment complex is kept very clean and tidy . I’m home all day and I see when they are outside spraying for bugs which is great to know. Yup I love it here so far ?. Would definitely recommend this place.

Only been in the apartment for one month, it seems pretty decent . On the other hand the front office team is awful! Even when I signed my lease I had to hold my tongue because the representative in the office have bad attitude. No professionalism whatsoever. If you call the office for any question, they’ll have an attitude. If you go in there, they’ll have an attitude to be quite honest I’ve never saw anything like it.

This was the most terrible experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk was as rude as she could be. No customer service at all. She was not professional at all. She was too concerned with her fried chicken to be courteous. Kristen was her name. I just can imagine how she would be if I was a tenant and she was more use to me. A shame to, because I may have become a tenant if it wasn’t for her rude and unprofessional behavior.

Runnnn…. Do not walkkk run away from these apartments they are truly a scam and will suck you dry of all your money. They will find any kind of way to charge you for something . When you move from the property be sure to take videos because they will charge you fake charges and make it seem like you trashed the apartment. They are con artist and crooks . They put fake charges under my children’s names over 3000 worth of fake charges and they sent it to collections in my kids name when we still stay in the complex. I use to love these apartments but ever since they were bought out they have done nothing but scammed me out of more money. The office personal no nothing you can’t reach out to corporate and no one every reaches back out to you. So you are forced pay.
