The customer service was horrific... The salesman at this store was trying to hustle me after I told him that my son was approved for the ACP ... He told us that he was only qualified for the 60 plan for 30.00 monthly service and he wasn't eligible for the 30.00 plan ... I knew better... So before I left I asked him again about the 30 plan and he said that my son wasn't eligible... So we decided to go to another cricket store and went through the same process and BOOM ... He was eligible for the the 30 plan with no hassle ... STOP HUSTLING YOUR CUSTOMERS ... IT'S MAKES ALL CRICKET STORES LOOKS UNTRUST WORTHY... SADDDDD...

They sell defective and faulty phones at this location, and do not offer exchanges. Cricket in general is now making me feel like they are scammers, with the run around for a faulty phone I only had for now 3 days. This location is very unprofessional especially the manager with the orange hair. I purchased the phone on Saturday July 23 and it’s now July 26 and still contacting cricket to handle this situation, mind you I been calling since the day I purchased the phone. You will have to call the call center like 5 times to get to correct department. Please for the life of me DO NOT go with cricket for your carrier. The business in general is trash and you will get the run around regarding defective phones. Also this location do not ever answer the phone, almost like they want you to drive up there. Trust me, cricket is the worst, going back to Metro asap.

Outstanding customer service, and very affordable. This location has to be the best Cricket I have been too. They offer you beverages, and snacks while you wait. I’ve never experienced such great customer service.
