I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the incredible work each staff member performed and the hospitality displayed while my vehicle was being repaired in the collision center. The team not only excelled in their individual roles, but collectively they fostered a truly family-friendly atmosphere in their workplace. It's something I value deeply. Even with this strong sense of community, the level of work and dedication that you all delivered is nothing short of outstanding. Sorry that I can only give Five (5) STARS.

I had 4 new Goodyear tires put Tahoe on at dealership.
At the last scheduled maintenance service the technician rotated the tires and said the ratings where 7, 7, 7, and 3. also said the tire that graded at#3 should be replaced. I questioned why 1 tire was a 3 grade and others were 7's when they were installed at the same time, and have been properly rotated on schedule. Tech responded that the 3 was premature wear, but we would have to go to Goodyear to get resolution. I asked the question "i bought them here, and they were installed here, but you cannot resolve it?" tech said "sorry, you'll need to take it up with Goodyear".
contacted Goodyear, they gave a code and said take it to Discount Tire.
Discount Tire replaced the #3 graded tire and gave $81 discount off of the tire with the code from Goodyear...but also said 1 of the other remaining tires was not the same tire...that it was for heavier truck applications, and likely was the cause of the premature wearing on #3 tire that was replaced.
Now i have a brand new #10 tire, 2 #7 matching tires, a #7 heavy duty tire, $230 fewer dollars, and am irritated from getting run around.
now it is back to the dealership again to get this dealer error fixed.
not what you expect when you buy new tires from a Chevrolet Dealership.

As we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile from Jody. He was a pleasure to work with and handled everything in a timely manner. I was expecting to be there the whole day but only took about 2 hours to get me into my new vehicle.
