The staff at Cato could benefit from better training in positive customer service. Today, when my wife visited the store to make a purchase, she was met with a rude attitude and unfriendly demeanor from the lady working there. This created a disappointing experience overall. It's unfortunate that such behavior reflects poorly on your store.

Visited store 1045 today and witnessed again the store manager being unprofessional and rude to an employee. The employee was an older lady that was late I assume, as Beatrice proceeded to yell it across the store. The employee apologized, however, Beatrice continued to yell and tell her that she was late and they had alot of work to do. Beatrice became too combative for my shopping experience, i cashed out and left. This is the 2nn time ive witness thisxtype of behavior at this location. Cato really should get better, more courtesy, more professional leadership in this store.

My mom and I went to Cato today in Desoto TX, not knowing that the store don't open until 1 pm. There was a lady working in the store came to the door and shouted "all Catos doesn't open until 1 pm" and slammed the door. She could have been a little nicer. If she didn't want to go to work today she should have stayed at home. She was very RUDE! I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at this store. I will spend my money somewhere else.
