The cashier clerk called for a price check. The black female wearing glasses and has tan hair, she appeared as if she was bothered to be called about the price. She's very rude and unprofessional with her demeanor. Her tone was dry and annoying to greet a customer. I decided not to purchase because of her response. Kindness is always the best option. I kindly left the item inside of the store.

Was disappointed in the variety of items on display. Differently not the "Big Lots of Ole". Furniture ok but nothing stood out for the price; towels and sheets not of good quality; small variety of outdoor lawn and ornamental items for lawn. And even the discounted food was scarce.
Oh, well...

Employees were nice and helpful. Found some good deals. The only problem was a huge leak in the roof. Please get this fixed. There were several aisles I couldn't even walk down because of giant tubs filled with rain water.

Online says closes at 9. Door says closes at 9 but they decide to make up their own hours and close at 8. This is why I hate shopping at places like this.

This is a nice store that doesn't have a lot of traffic. I usually come here to pick up minuscule items so it's very in a out. The store is a good size and I have usually met pleasant staff. The items itself are fairly priced with different variety. The setup here kinda feels a little cramped but I think they did the best with what was given. Grocery carts and hand baskets are readily available. Sign up for the rewards, it can help save !

Went today to the store the store manager look at us weird when we enter her name started with M and then we ask for a price she said I don’t speak Spanish but when we told her we knew how to speak English she help us we felt discriminated they shouldn’t have people like her working like that.

A friend and I went to Big lots yesterday the store was very clean the lady at the register was not polite she didn't even acknowledge us you don't treat people like that no matter what color they are we need more people that are polite and respectful working with the public
