This particular autozone closes the bathroom at 7 pm according to the employee. I just got off the freeway driving long distance. I had to go to the bathroom and check my car. I had to go really bad too.

Waited in line (2 people) while one of the workers went outside to help another customer and another excused himself to go outside and talk on the phone (and vape). I am giving it two stars because I was able to use self checkout and leave. But the other customer was not.

I would not recommend this Auto Zone. We received HORRIBLE SERVICE. My boyfriend and I went to go get a new battery for the car and the employee (who had no idea what he was doing, he was probably new) first sold us the wrong battery that didn’t fit and instead of doing an exchange, did a return and then made us buy a new battery and the money was never returned to us. THEN he put the new battery on BACKWARDS, made my boyfriend buy screws he didn’t need, and blew the car’s fuses which apparently they couldn’t replace so they kept the car there for a week. When we asked for our money back they told us to contact the bank and the bank said they need information from Autozone that they are not helping us provide. They all are acting like they have no idea what’s going on, give us other numbers to call only for no one to pick up. Autozone please take responsibility and give us our money back. We went in for a simple battery change and left with blown fuses. We should not have to pay a single thing! At the very least be cooperative in working with the bank. Also please stop hiring people who don’t know what they’re doing or TRAIN THEM BETTER!!!
