Went here to get the engagement ring and Russell helped me pick out the perfect match in very little time. I got the lifetime warranty included and they have always honored it's terms. Went today to get the wedding band and another enjoyable interaction. Super helpful, got the perfect ring, and it had a discount on it too. Fiance is super excited about. Thank you Russell and Zales staff for your help in making my reality so fantastic.

I had Sherrie help me find my dream ring. She did amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has no idea about wedding rings. Sherrie went out of her way to explain things to us in details. She was the best!!!!!

Katlynn helped us select the perfect item for my moms 50th birthday!! She asked questions to learn more about her style, what would be realistic, and kept us on the right track with the right options so we weren't overwhelmed. Be very careful at this Zales. They had a good sale on nice rings, but then I had to deal with the sales staff. Had an appointment, which apparently is meaningless, because we showed up about 5 minutes early and still had to wait at least another 30 minutes to be seen. Then we buy a $2500 wedding ring, and hand over our $6000 engagement ring, so they can be sent to the Zales service facility and be joined permanently. When it comes back, we find that the rings were joined improperly because the sales person wrote down completely wrong instructions, even after we showed this person and two others exactly what we wanted, and explained at least 3 times in very specific terms how we wanted the rings joined. Can't believe they were so cavalier dealing with over $8500 worth of jewelry. On top of it all, we barely get an extremely feeble apology, no acknowledgement of their carelessness, and I have to press them at least 3 times before I can hear an assurance that the mistake can be corrected and covered by another Zales. The attitude of the sales staff was, no big deal, not my problem anymore. So CAUTION, they have decent merchandise, decent prices, but if you send out anything for service make sure you double check the instructions they write down for the shop. Even though they're nodding their heads like they clearly understand, don't trust them. You're not working with the sharpest tools in the box. They are your best friends when the are trying to close the deal, but in the end they will be quick to pass you on to someone else if something goes south.

I had a defective ring. I've had it sent out 3 times in 2 years for broken prongs and lost stones. Was a serious problem. Store manager John was zero help. He behaves as if I did this myself.
However assistant manager Russ is the absolute BEST! He was understanding and patient. And was able to resolve the issue to our utmost satisfaction!
If you have ANY problems with this store definitely ask for Russ!

I travel full time in my RV, so I have had my wedding ring (from zales orig.) worked on, inspected, and repaired at various zales locations. Denton being our home-base, I go to this location the most. I couldn't be happier with their customer service, attention to detail, friendly and approachable staff!
I had a pretty bad size job done down at the San Antonio store, when the ring was originally given to me. I mean... yeesh, they left an ultra-thin band that was bendy and wonky, and after 2 years of small diamonds falling out every few months, etc etc, it BROKE IN HALF ON MY FINGER. No joke.
The Denton location's Asst Mgr Russell, spent almost 2 hours with my husband and I making sure every facet of the ring got properly repaired and made to last. I could not believe the difference when I got my properly resized, beautifully soldered ring back! I had no idea *how* dreadful the original work was until Russell made sure it got done right. I am so, so pleased and grateful that this meaningful, beautiful ring can now be trusted to last. I will never let another store touch it! Go to them, they will take amazing care of you!
