Western union hours of operation are clearly listed on their about info on Google and on their website as 0800 am to 2100 or 9 pm. I entered the store to pay a bill, with time to spare, waited patiently for someone who does not care about customer service to assist me. I was told to use the kiosk. I did so. It allowed me to nearly complete my transaction. To complete the transaction I needed to go to the counter and give them my number and pay the full amount. I approached the counter. The cashier was busy browsing the makeup section. Annoyed, she eventually came back to the register. I attempted to complete the transaction but she was severely confused. She kept interrupting me to call for 'Kelly' on her walkie talkie. Stating that i had questions about the western union kiosk. I had no questions. I was following the prompts the kiosk gave me. Kelly eventually responded and stated that the kiosk was closed. It in fact was not. The kiosk says all transactions are to be completed by 10 pm or when the store closes, whichever is first. The website states that it closes at 9 pm. At the time of Kelly saying it was closed it was 8:58 pm according to my cell phone. This was a moot point as Kelly responded, via walkie talkie, that the kiosk closed at 8 pm. She kept saying this and the cashier kept repeating this and adding her own commentary like, "yeah, I thought so Kelly."Never once acknowledging what's advertised for all to see and use as a resource when using the services at Walgreens. Never saw Kelly. She was too busy to come up and address my urgent situation. My urgent situation made much worse now. Thanks Walgreens.
