Let me share a combined review for the day.I started off the day attempting to get a Breakfast Baconator using an offer on the mobile app. The order went through fine for the $3 sandwich. The problem was, when I got to the restaurant I had chosen on the app, it was closed for a water problem! And the app had let me complete the order and pay for it! Good grief, something is not right when you can place an order at a restaurant that is closed. It took me over 18 minutes on the phone, 12 of that waiting for someone, to resolve the issue of paying for my meal but not getting anything. And I wasn't even offered anything to compensate me for my aggravation.I ended up getting my breakfast at McDonald's instead, for $1.62, half the price of what I had paid at Wendy's.I decided to give Wendy's another chance for lunch. I had the Dave's Double, which is currently a great value at $2. So I splurged and got the Baconator fries. At first glance at the fries I wasn't impressed, as it did not appear to have enough cheese or bacon. However, as I ate it, I found that it was indeed enough. Sadly, I was not impressed with the dreamsicle Frosty. It did not have as much orange flavor as I remembered a dreamsicle having.So my rating is a combination for the day. Service for breakfast was zero stars, but for lunch it was four, so an average of two. And three stars for the food as it wasn't extremely impressive.I'm really disappointed in the Wendy's app, and the Wendy's customer service. I'll probably end up sticking with the cheaper McDonald's breakfast as long as it remains a deal in their app.

I've genuinely preferred eating at Wendy's over just about every single other 'fast food' type place for years and years now. This restaurant is also at a convenient location. That's splendid.

The employee calling out orders today was really rude, and they have left my frosty sitting on the counter to melt on multiple occasions when I order for pickup. It's almost always melted by the time I get home with my order. Make them fresh when we get there for our orders--don't be lazy. I work fast food at a place with ice cream too; I would never leave a customer's ice cream out on the counter until they get there, as usually people take their time when picking up online orders. Its absurd.

Yall need to chill tf out on the mayo. Its so much mayo on my sandwich and burgers that yalls location need to just make a new menu item of a mayo sandwich… a unholy amount of mayo between bread.It makes its a mess and unappealing.
