Very disappointed in our service today at this location. Schwartz who took care of us made it very obvious to size us up from head to toe. We were there for my husband to add me to an additional account that he opened while his father was failing in bad health. They assessed us by how we looked and denied us using the bathroom claiming there was no public bathroom. In the past, my father-in-law used it many times when he visited this branch. His bank account is very healthy ( then and now). This person didn’t bother to treat us as a customer, but rather of how we looked. So EXTREMELY disappointed in Schwartz and how they treated us. DEFINITELY NEEDS TRAINING IN SOFT SKILLS FOR SURE AND DIVERSITY TRAINING.

I set for 45 min waiting to speak with a banker to open an account for my daughter. No form of customer service was provided and then to be told I would have to make an appointment. It was of convenience for them because it was after 12. I was told the manager should have came and said something to me, well that didn’t happen. It’s sad when people are not respectful of other peoples time.

I called the branch on Loop 288 to see if I could have a check that was written on their back put into a cashier check and asked about fees they told me there wouldn't be fees. Then when I got there nows there are fees even though I asked even if I didn't have an account. That's one reason I wouldn't have an account there bad customer service. ?

They steal money from your acct. and act like, they don’t know what’s going on. They have stolen from me twice that I knew off. Gave it back the first time & claiming it was a network issue. The second time they did it again & didn’t give it back. Run peoples Bank of America is only trust worthy.

First of all if I were able to give two reviews it would have been awesomeThe manager Katy, talked to me like I was d**** I’m not one to use the race card but this has been one of the worst experiences ever! She talked about me to the other weekend manager I’m not sure her name but was also so rude. I would have gave them a 1 star. All because someone with a white last name gave me a check To deposit in the account has an white last name and I have a Mexican oneThanks to Dione Bradway that fixed everything and treated me like a regular customer. She deserves a 5 star! Very professional

Two star only because they were open. The tellers were augmentative. Wells Fargo charges a fee to cash a check a multimillion dollar business gave me as a refund. At the end of the day my bank which is next door system is down so I couldn't deposit it. So at least I got the majority of my money. Stay away from this bank if you don't like fees on fees and if you want the people you pay with checks to actually get the money you promised them.

Lacking in customer service.Went to withdrawal funds today, and this branch decide to close early without posting signage of such closure. The only sign present was for January 1st. I understand the reasoning behind closing early on New Year’s Eve, but please respect your customers enough to post it on and see the door ahead of time.When calling, the prompts tell you to refer to the mobile app for updated hours. The reality was the app said they were open until 5 pm today, however they decided to call it quits a full hour early without informing their customer.***update 1.3.21 added for clarity***In reply to the response received from Wells Fargo, the telephone number states to check the hours online and the app also had this location’s hours listed until 5 pm, not 4pm. That is where the lack of customer service stemmed from.

Absolutely awful my husband was lied to multiple times when trying to deposit a check from CarMax.Lies1. I only had to endorse the back of the check (both of our names are on the check) my presence was not required2.When he arrives at the bank the teller says I must be there3.she explains since its a large amount a partial amount will be available todayAfter making a 40 min round trip to pick me upCheck deposited no issue4. Was told no funds from the check will be available until TuesdayWe needed checks and we were charged $3 for 3 checks but only needed 1This is why I bank with USAA bc I Never have issues like this

I came in to deposit a check. It was hard emotionally as it was from our failed IVF cycles. Tim and Tika (I probably spelled her name wrong I apologize) were so personal, kind , and willing to help. It was so nice to not feel like a transaction. They are so great and such an asset to this branch ! I will definitely come back to this branch and have it be my new branch because of their professionalism and kindness.

Waited for almost 30 minutes to handle a minor action my account was never greeted or any eye contact made. Representative walked around to tyr fax machine. No customer service don’t bother with an account or anything I’ve been an account holder over 10 years.

I walked in to just handle a minor action on my account. I have been an account holder for over a decade. I wasn't greeted by anyone I sat down and waited. No one came and asked can I help you. Representative got up walked around to fax machine never made eye contact or spoke. I waited for 30 minutes to no avail needless to say will not be returning and probably will close all of my accounts.

I read these bad reviews and I wonder if they’ve ever used another bank. Wells Fargo is the best…. Of my own stupidity I’ve left Wells Fargo reluctantly a few times over the years. Always to come back to who I knew was the best bank. Thanks for working with me for the past 15 years on and off. Thanks for being so understanding of issues we’ve had in the past. Thanks for giving me the second chance and allowing me to open an account again.Also starting with my first banker back 15 years ago in Vancouver, Washington Tatiana…. Why would I remember the name of a banker from that long ago…. Because they are all amazing. Wells Fargo chooses the best. and to all of the wonderful staff at the locations in Denton, Corinth, and the surrounding area that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Thank you!
