I've called about a dozen times across different days and different times and not once have I been able to speak to a banker. I wish I could say something about this branch's customer service, but I haven't even been able to have an interaction with them. I have a question I need to work through that online banking isn't able to solve.

Phone will ring until the automated system says no one can answer your call. No hold system or way to have someone call you back…how does this make sense? I had a question I cannot find an answer to through the automated system.

Atms never work either can't accept deposits or not working at all then you go inside because no ATM and no ATM inside either then you have no choice but to wait in line and they only have one person working just terrible place to do business I don't recommend this place at all.

They do not charge me to get my check cashed there if I let them know it’s a payroll check. The bank on university in Denton always has a line. Takes up to much of my time on Fridays.

I have always liked Welsfargo Bank. I am usually going to the bank after I get off. They have great customer service. Yes at times it takes to long and they don’t always have the tellers that are needed, but such is the life of a bank. Thank you to Welsfargo for being a great bank and always taking care of your people and customers.

5 people in line.. 1 teller working the front however she has been on the phone more than 10 minutes. She has not acknowledged the customers waiting in line.. 1 teller in the back for drive thru. There has to be a better process. Is this location hiring?! I dont get it.. No stars if I could.

I have been banking with Wells since 2017 with 0 issue.This is way better than Chase especially for STUDENTS and its new earlier direct deposit pay ?I will forever be banking with Wells than others.The best bank ever ??

I had a horrible experience at this location of Wells Fargo. I am Filipino, and the lady I talked to was Filipino. A few weeks before, I was getting ready for Europe and getting euros from this bank. I was talking to her and this guy about why I'm going there for solo traveling. She was being so rude telling me about what I should do with my life and being personal about my culture. It was none of her business I am fully grown women. When I came back from Europe she gave me the dirtest look. I am gladly to switch over a bank if she keeps on doing that. UPDATE!!! I came back from my Greece trip and the Filipino lady gave me the dirtiest look at me. She’s so insecure that she does not have children and she had to parent me to cope with her insecurity. She is not my mom and I reported her to Wells Fargo corporate. I talked to her manager and he seemed like he did not care. I am not going to be discriminated because she’s a manager of the branch location. Also the person is responding to other people reviews than mine. I came in person and on google reviews you know I’m not happy and this place doesn’t know how to take customer complaints properly.

The manager or assistant manager of this bank behaves like an immature, bratty child. Didnt get his name but he is short and flamboyant and was very rude, loud and obnoxious to a female customer in front of me. And was very short and unprofessional with another woman. He should be fired along with the person who hired him. I can not believe the lack of professionalism and misogyny that I just witnessed. At a multi billion dollar corporate bank. WOW!
