I wanna know why yall haven’t demanded that On The Road Again Put up more signs in YALLS LOT!! THERE IS LITERALLY JUST 1 SIGN and there’s countless others that say it’s fine to park in the ATM lot yet i was just towed. I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY

Yesterday afternoon, I was planning to use the ATM at the Downtown Denton Branch; however, a homeless person tried to talk to me several times. Therefore, I thought it best to use the ATM inside the building.I told the two women tellers, Dawn and Tiffany (I am not sure if I have their correct names), what had happened to me outside. They were quite supportive. Very courteous, in fact. Thank you very much, Wells Fargo.

My girlfriend and I parked in front a sign that clearly marked the parking times for customers on Saturdays. We made sure to park after the given hours to ensure no issues and her vehicle was still towed. I’m hoping for an explanation why.

Drive up ATMs have not worked the last two times I have come here. Have to drive all the way across town just to pull money out of my account. Fix your ATM machines.

I was just trying to exchange some quarters at the teller, and they do not help me because I don’t have a Wells Fargo account. They told me to get one which cost $25.I’m fine with this bank having its own policy. However, here’s the deal:1. At another location, I was able to exchange quarters with no problem, which left me the impression that this is a normal practice for those without a WF account. The discrepancy between WF banks really throw me off.2. Nowhere on their website does it specify what one cannot do without a WF account. Using common sense, what is the problem with such a simple task?The system makes people numb, I suppose. I feel the old lady teller was an emotionless AI.

If you were a dasher do not take any orders to the Wells Fargo building no parking, RUDE front desk man, and customer never tip but they have special instructions!

Called to file a claim, the lady Dona, said she couldn't do it when I asked why she couldn't (because she worked there and I felt that was an honest answer to ask) she put me on hold without another word "spoke to her banker" and they said I needed to "come in and file a claim" thank goodness I called the one off Teasley and spoke to the most helpful and kindest woman who simply just transferred me. I'm sorry but if Wells Fargo is going to take up that much prime real estate the least they could do is hire receptionist and bankers that can do their job efficiently and correctly.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. My family and I have recently moved from Florida to Denton. This was our first experience at a Wells Fargo that was just awful. I needed to go in and cancel an account and the manager who wore glasses. Was nothing but rude. I really hope that this branch really reviews their employees and requires a higher standard of customer service.

Absolutely awful my husband was lied to multiple times when trying to deposit a check from CarMax. Lies 1. I only had to endorse the back of the check (both of our names are on the check) my presence was not required 2.When he arrives at the bank the teller says I must be there 3.she explains since its a large amount a partial amount will be available today After making a 40 min round trip to pick me up Check deposited no issue 4. Was told no funds from the check will be available until Tuesday We needed checks and we were charged $3 for 3 checks but only needed 1 This is why I bank with USAA bc I Never have issues like this

Drove 40 minutes out of my way to get to a branch because I do not live near a Wells Fargo but figure with online banking it wasn’t a big deal. My account I opened online was closed and the teller was as rude and told me because they were so close to closing, they couldn’t help me open a new account. It was 4:46pm, your BUSINESS hours are until 5pm. Some people have jobs and have to rush to the bank the last minute and can not make it before right before closing time. So do you just not serve those customers? Never had such horrible customer service with Wells Fargo. So disappointed, you will never have my business again.

There are both positives and negatives about this Wells Fargo Bank location. It is centrally and conveniently located right next to the square, and it has a lot to offer. But on the other hand, service from the bank employees can be underwhelming, at times.

Was told that an appointment might show more than 20 minutes from when asked about opening a new account. And then it would take over an hour to complete. Absurd, customers deserve better, stick to regional banks to expect any type of decent service. Honestly unexpected from Wells Fargo

I walked in last week from the Square to get change for a $100 bill. I handed the Teller my drivers license and the bill. I was told since I did not have an account there she could not help me. A "Bank" refusing to give change for legal tender ? Amazing ! Definitely not a way to get new customers for sure. When they had a drive through, I tried to cash a Wells Fargo check from a tenant and was required to go inside main bank. Again, poor customer service. I will not be back, ever.
